Floor Plan Description
The Redford 3 “A” is a two story Heritage Series floorplan that 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, downstairs, and a 3 car garage. This floorplan has some unique features that definitely sets itself apart. It has a turned island towards an enlarged Nook, a ton of kitchen cabinets and counter space, a large pantry, and the snooze button design. What makes this different than the Redford 1 is the garage shifts over, allowing there to be a front porch and patio.
