Floor Plan Description

The Nottinghill “L” is a two story Heritage Series floorplan that has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 3 car garage. This plan has monster Pantry, Snooze button design walk through and a “Safe Haven” for the parents. The only room downstairs is the Master with a Powder for the guests and all the other bedrooms are upstairs.

The Nottinghill “L” adds an additional bathroom upstairs compared to the Nottinghill “V”.
