Floor Plan Description

The Delaware is a Manchester series floorplan that is a 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage. This plan typically works best and was designed for wider homesites like Cul-de-sacs. The Kitchen has an island that faces an enlarged nook and a fourth bedroom that can be converted into a “Flex Room”. A half car or third car garage is optional almost every Manchester floorplan if the homesite can accommodate it.
