Floor Plan Description

The Amber is a Manchester Series floorplan that has a 9 ft tall entry with crown molding and a Formal Dining room. The Formal Dining room can easily be converted into a Study or Office. Split living, tall vaulted Great Room, and a front porch are a few other unique features about the Amber. A half car or third car garage is optional almost every Manchester floorplan if the homesite can accommodate it.
