Hey, thanks for taking the time out of your busy day to read this article that ever talking about Oklahoma City new homes and what it looks like to build your new Edmond home with Shaw homes. Um, so what we’re going to do today is talk about all of our different floor plans and some of the features in each of those floor plans just so you know, what it looks like to build your Edmond and new home and finding the right floor plan for you and your family is the most important thing here at shaw homes. We have over 75 different floor plans and some of them have 15 different versions. So I’m really the best thing you can do is join in on one of our model home tours. That way we can show you all of these different versions and different floor plans so you can really get the right flow and feel for this Oklahoma City new homes.

Um, some people are so visual that it really helps them walking through these floor plans that way. Not only did they get to see the blueprint, you know, on a piece of paper or online, but they get to actually walk through these floor plans before they make that most important decision. Um, we have more fully furnished and decorated model homes than any other builder in the Tulsa area. So we started taking our customers on a model home tour because everybody loves looking at beautifully decorated model homes. And our customers have told us that even if they end up buying an existing home or building with somebody else, that our model home tours have been the single most helpful thing that they’ve done during their home shopping experience. And that’s because, um, we talk about the function behind the design and what floor plan fits you best and why we’ve redesigned it and why we laid out the rooms the way we have for your Oklahoma City new homes.

Oklahoma City new homes, these floor plans are really designed and put together by architects with over 30 years of experience. And most of the time whenever you walk through these floor plans, you’re looking at the version two point. Oh, or even three point. Oh, because we’ve redesigned it and rebuilt it, duty, popular trends and thousands of customer comments from feedback just like yours. So thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to read this article and gather all the information so you can make the best decision for you and your family. Like I said, today, we’re going to talk about the floor plans so you can find the right one for you and your family. Whether you want a one story or two story. Most of our floor plans can be built as a one story and have several different two story options. Or if you wanted three bedrooms for five or six bedrooms, depending on your, your life’s lifestyle and, and needs.

Maybe you’re downsizing and you want a smaller house or maybe your family is growing and you need a bigger house. So that’s one of the, one of the benefits of shaw homes is that you have to look through all of these floor plans to find the right floor plan for you and your family. Whenever you are thinking about building your Oklahoma City new homes, uh, the first floor plan I want to talk about is called the Addison. The Addison is great because this is our most square-foot efficient four or five bedroom house and it has a split floor plan as well. So there are two bedrooms and a bathroom to one side. And then on the other side of the kitchen and the nook and the living room, uh, there is the master suite. And in the master suite we have what we call a snooze button design.

So if you and your partner or get up at separate times in the morning, one person can get up and get ready and take a shower, change and exit through the secondary entrance in the master closet without having to go back and forth through the master bedroom to disturb their partner, hence allowing them to snooze. So there are two entrances and exits through the master suite. It was also a small office or bedroom located right off of the master closet entrance. And this is great, like I said, for an office or for a nursery in your Oklahoma City new homes as a one story. The Addison is 1,857 square feet. This is a four bedroom, two bathroom home with, like I said, a one story home with a three car garage. So if we’re looking for an affordable one story home, the Addison is definitely the best one for you.

And then if you add this second story upstairs, it’s called the Addison p in the addison. P is 2,421 square feet. And what this does is it adds a really huge game room upstairs that seats nine comfortably, uh, and a bedroom and a bathroom with walkout addict storage and service to your mechanicals. So if you’re looking for a really affordable two bedroom home, I’m sorry, a two story home, a check out the addison p for your Oklahoma City new homes. The next floor plan I want to talk to you about is called the crescent. And again, any of these can be built in Edmond and for your Oklahoma City new homes. Um, and a lot of these are on the model home tour, so if you want to take the time out of your day to walk through these floor plans, definitely joining on the model home tour because we go the same three days every single week.

We go Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM, Sunday at 5:00 PM and Monday’s at 6:00 PM and it takes about 90 minutes to look at six to 12 fully furnished and decorated model homes and you drive your own vehicle. So if something comes up, you’re free to go at anytime. Um, but we can only take a limited number of people on the tour with us. Uh, the next model home or the next floor plan I want to talk to you about is the crescent. The crescent can be built as a one or a two story. And there are several different options of the two story version. But the crescent one story is really great because it has three bedrooms, an office and a formal dining room downstairs with a really nice large open concept as well.

And then one of the cool things is that the laundry room and the mud room are really far away from the bedrooms. So if you’re the type of person that likes to be late night laundry, you’ll love this floor plan because it’s really far away from the bedrooms are as far away as it can be. Um, there’s also a crescent shaped hallway going into those other two bedrooms. So it kind of a private entrance over there. Um, and as a one story, the crescent is a little over 2000 square feet. It is 2095 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. And uh, the crest that has two different upstairs versions, one of the versions, you walk right into the game room. And then there’s an, there’s a bedroom and a bathroom attached to the game room, or the other version is you walk upstairs into a hallway and then you have down a hallway past the bedroom and bathroom.

Oh No. The other version is upstairs is just the game room. So it’s just the game room upstairs. So you can do the crescent with just the game room or with a, with a game room, bedroom, bathroom upstairs, crescent with, uh, just the game room is called a crescent m. The creston m is 2,593 square feet. It’s a three bedroom house, two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, or the crescent p, which adds the bedroom and a bathroom as well as the game room upstairs for your Edmond. New Home. And that is 2,946 square feet. Um, one of our most square for the efficient homes for your Oklahoma City new homes is called the Finley. The findlay is 1,802 square feet. It’s a three bedroom home, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage. If you want to have the most affordable home that we have to offer a two cool floor plan, split floor plan and it still has an office and it. So if you’re looking for a formal office, I really nice open concept, but there’s two bedrooms and a bathroom on one side of the house and then on the other side of the living room and kitchen is the master suite, which also has that snooze button design like I was talking about. So if you’re looking for a really nice square foot efficient home for your Edmond, new home, shake out the Finley. I’m like I said, that snooze button design is designed for people that have a partner. Then you guys get up at separate times. I’m one person can get up and exit the master bedroom and close the doors behind them and take a shower and change.

Get ready and exit through the closet without having to go back and forth through the master bedroom to allow the other person to snooze.
