You’re looking to build or purchase your Oklahoma City new homes The best thing you should do is check out [inaudible] dot com and really find all of the information so you can make the best decision for you and your family today. We’re talking about all of the information needed, um, as far as floor plans ago and what you should be looking for whenever you’re thinking about designing and building your Oklahoma City new homes. Some of the first things that we’re going to go over really is the floor plans that we offer. So we offer, um, over 75 different floor plans and we already talked about a few of those. But today we’re just gonna continue on down. The list of our floor plans really are most affordable floor plan is called the Finley. The Finley is 1,802 square feet. It’s a three bedroom house, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. Uh, the findlay has three bedrooms and an office. So if you need an office in your Oklahoma City new homes and need an affordable home, definitely check out the Finley. Uh, and then the floor plan that we offer is called the Greenville. Greenville is really cool because it has what we call a grand entrance. So in the entrance there are 13 foot ceilings and then, uh, in the dining room about 20 foot ceilings, so really tall

ceilings in the Greenville also, it has the most area dedicated to the master suite. So literally one entire side of the house is the master suite. I’m sort of looking for your Oklahoma City new homes to have a big master suite, uh, check out the Greenville. The Greenville also has several different, um, one story options. So if you’re looking for, um, well the two different versions or the Greenville one and the Greenville too. Um, and the Greenville one, one story is 2,257 square feet, a three bedroom home, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage, um, the Greenville to one story. What that does is it adds two extra rooms, not bedrooms, but two extra rooms off the master suite for a private study or a private exercise room. So do bonus runs off of the master suite, making that even bigger. Um, the Greenville to one story is 2,556 square feet, three bedroom home, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. Now there are several different versions of the upstairs. For this one, I’m on the Greenville. You can,

um,

you can have a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, a game room, two bedrooms and a bathroom or a game room. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs. So there are several versions of the Greenville, the Greenville, with just the game room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs is called the Greenville one. He, that is 2,987 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The Greenville One h has a game room, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 164 square feet. And it’s a five bedroom home. Three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and then the Greenville one l is the largest version of the Greenville, which is 3,400, 13 square feet, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two stories. Was it three car garage for your Oklahoma City new homes? Uh, the Greenville one L is definitely a great option. Um, the other one is the Greenville too. So the Greenville too as a same exact upstairs variations. Again, the only difference is there’s two extra rooms off the master suite to the Greenville too. He is 3000, 286 square feet,

four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage to Greenville to age is 3,463 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Or we have the Greenville to l again, which is actually the largest floor plan that we offer. So in the Greenville to l, not only are there two bonus rooms off the master suite, making it a really large single story, but upstairs we also have a game room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. So the Greenville to l is 3,712 square feet, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. So if we’re looking for a really large floor plan in the heritage series, I’m definitely check out the Greenville to l for your Oklahoma City new homes. The other floor plans that we can talk about today are, is the monroe, the monroe has 15 different versions to it. So the reason it has so many different versions is because over the years our customers have told us or things that would work better. And what we do is we actually just take that information and feedback and apply it and redesign our floor plan. So there are three single story versions and then five different versions of each of those to make 15 different versions of the monroe. One is 2,274 square feet. It’s a three bedroom, two bathroom home, one story with a three car garage, the Monroe one, he, uh, again, it’s a two story version where you walk up into a hallway and then there’s a bedroom and a game room and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3074 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.

The Monroe one, h again upstairs into a hallway with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a game room, making it 3,279 square feet. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with three car garage. And then the monroe one eye, which is the largest version of them in row. It is 3,671 square feet. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And I’m in row one. Um, there are actually two game rooms upstairs, or there’s a game room. Oklahoma City new homes the bonus room, there’s also another version of the monroe called the Monroe one p. and the difference here is that the downstairs obviously stays the same, but upstairs you walk right into the game room with a bedroom. And a bathroom. So the Monroe one P has a game room that you walk right into making it 2,820 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Uh, the Monroe to is 2000, 172 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story, a three car garage or the things that changed between the Monroe one and the men Monroe to is that the mineral one actually has a study in off the front elevation.

and uh, there are few interior changes to where the bathroom is placed and where the laundry room is placed. But the main difference you’ll notice is that it adds an office on the front elevation. So you have more windows in the front, on the main road to if someone does not need an at home office, it actually deletes that room and skews the garage over. And the marrow to is a little bit smaller but also a little bit more affordable as well. So if you’re looking for an Oklahoma City new homes to be within a certain budget, definitely check out the monroe to the monroe to single story is 2000, 172 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story, what’s a three car garage. And then we have the same upstairs configuration. So the Monroe too, he adds, you know, you walk right into that hallway, there’s a bedroom, a bathroom, and a game room. Two thousand 952 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories are the three car garage, uh, the monroe to h again up until the hallway, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a game room.

Three thousand, 177 square feet. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And the main road to I, uh, again, it, there’s two game rooms upstairs with two bedrooms and a bathroom, making it 3,513 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, a them enrolled to pee again, you walk right up into the game room with a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs as well, making it 2,700 square feet. This is a four bedroom, three bathroom home, two stories with a three car garage. And then the monroe three, again, 2000, 112 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. The things that change on this one or there’s the bedroom placement changes. And uh, the laundry room and bathroom placement also change. So the best way to get a good feel for this is to join in on one of these model home tours.
