Hey, welcome back to shaw homes. Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to read these articles to get all the information so you can make the best decision for you and your family today. We’re talking about Oklahoma City new homes and the different floor plans that we have here at shaw homes. So we have little over 80 different floor plans that you can choose from. And one thing that we love to do is give you all the information so you can make the best decision for your family. Um, so today I’m just gonna tell you a little bit about our floor plans, some aspects about each floor plan that you might not think of. Just looking at these four plans and some ways that we’ve redesigned it and why we’ve redesigned it and why that might benefit you, your family. Um, so let’s get started talking about what floor plan, where you best for your Oklahoma City new homes.

The first floor plan I want to talk about is called the Addison one story. Have the Addison one story is 1,857 square feet. It is a three bedroom home with an office or a four bedroom home. Since the office does have a closet, this can be a four bedroom home with two bathrooms. It is a single story with a three car garage on. The cool thing about the addison is that it’s our small square footage efficient five bedroom house. If you build the two story version, what should be the Addison p? So the Addison p is the two story version with a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. Uh, it, the two story version is 2,421 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The other cool things about the addison is that it is a split floor plan. So for your Oklahoma City new homes, if you’re looking for a split floor plan at the Addison will be the perfect floor plan for you. There are bedrooms and a bathroom on one side. And then on the other side of the living room and kitchen, there’s the master bedroom with the bathrooms and another bedroom. So the bedrooms are split.

Um, another really cool thing about the addison is that it has what we call a snooze button design. So if you and your partner get up at separate times, one person can’t even get up and shower, change and get ready and exit through the master closet instead of going back and forth through the master bedroom, which is a really cool design for your Oklahoma City new homes. So the next floor plan I’ll tell you about is called the crescent crescent has several different versions. The first version I wanna talk about is the one story version, which is 2095 square feet. It is a three bedroom, two bathroom house. It’s uh, like I said, one story with a three car garage. Uh, you can build this one with a game room and one bedroom upstairs when you walked straight into the game room or you can just do it with a game room. Um, so there’s like the crescent p or the crescent m, the crescent P is 2,946 square feet. And this is where it as a bedroom upstairs. And then the question to him looks like it takes away a bedroom upstairs. So we. Oh yeah, so we have three bedrooms downstairs. And then upstairs is the game room,

a bathroom and a bedroom or the crescent, m there are three bedrooms downstairs. So the Christian m is still a three bedroom home. Um, some of the cool things about the crescent and that it’s a really open floor plan with a formal dining room. So I feel like before a nice square foot efficient home, about 2000 square feet with a formal dining room. The crescent is the perfect floor plan for your Oklahoma City new homes. The next floorplan I want tell you about is the Finley. The Finley is the smallest home that we build in this series with shaw homes. So if you’re looking for a well built home around 1800 square feet, the Finley is the perfect floor plan for you. Uh, the findlay still has a office right off the entry there with two bedrooms and a bathroom to one side. And on the other side is the key, the master.

So we walked through the great room and kitchen, a note to the masters on the other side of the home. Um, the next floor plan I want to tell you about that you can build for your Oklahoma City new homes is called the Greenville. Greenville is what summer for two as the mansion or the grand entrance because when you first walk into the Greenville you’ll notice that it has a really great entrance. It has 13 foot ceilings in the entry and then 20 foot ceilings in over the dining room. The Greenville also has several different versions. There’s a Greenville one or the Greenville to the differences on the Greenville too. It adds two private rooms off of the master suite. I’m making it the largest master suite of any of our floor plans. Um, the Greenville has several different upstairs versions as well. You can do a game room with a bedroom and a bathroom, a game room with two bedrooms and a bathroom, a game room with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it almost 3,800 square feet. So like I said, the Greenville has several different options. Other Greenville one e for your Oklahoma City new homes is 2,987 square feet, four bedroom house with three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The Greenville one h is 3000, 164 square feet and this would be the five bedroom version with three bathrooms. And then the Greenville one l, this is the largest version of the Greenville one, which is 3,413 square feet, making it a six bedroom, four bathroom home. And then we obviously have the

Greenville to Greenville to has the same upstairs configuration does the greenbelt one.

So if you’re looking for a grand entrance and one of the tallest homes that we have, definitely check out the Greenville for your Oklahoma City new homes. The Greenville too. He is 3,286 square feet. This is the four bedroom. Three bathroom version. I’m Greenville too. Age is 3000, 463 square feet. This is a five bedroom, three bathroom version, and then the Greenville to l is 3,712 square feet. This is the six bedroom. Four bathroom version and the largest version of the Greenville. Then you’d also do the Greenville to as a one story. The cool thing about the Greenville for your Oklahoma City new homes is that even built as a one story, the ceiling heights stay the same. So like I said, yeah, that 13 foot ceiling

in the entry and almost 20 foot ceiling and over the dining room. Uh, the next homes I want to tell you about for your Oklahoma City new homes are the monroe versions. So the Monroe

has more the most versions of any of our floor plans with 15 different versions total. There are three different versions of the downstairs and then five different versions of each. Um, some other cool things about the monroe for your admin. This new home is that has the largest living space and our way into the kitchen. So the law, the biggest open concept, it also has the largest outdoor seating and covered patio space. So if you’re a one that likes to barbecue or cookout outside the Greenville, I’m sorry that Monroe has the biggest covered back patio of any floor plan. Also in the master suite, the master bathroom has a split vanity floor plan, so we like to call it the hers and hers vanity. Oklahoma City new homes I’m in the Monroe one. One story is 2,274 square feet as a three bedroom, two bathroom version. As a one story. The Greenville will

too as a one story is 2000, 172 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms here as a one story. And then the monroe three is 2000, 112 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Then the monroe and I was going into the two story. The Monroe one, he is 3074 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. Again, Oklahoma City new homes this a two story version. I have the two story version is the monroe one H, which should be at 3,279 square feet. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms or the monroe one eye. And this adds to game rooms upstairs. Um, so it’d be 3,671 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms. This is the largest monroe version that we offer. The other versions are the monroe too, so we had them enrolled to e, which is 2,952 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, other monroe, two h, which is 3000, 177 square feet, five bedroom version with three bathrooms or the monroe to I, which is 3,513 square feet, five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
