One of the best things about Shaw homes is that we’ve laid out a really easy 10 step process to buying your Oklahoma City new homes. So today we’re gonna. Talk about that 10 step process. Um, and again, if you are reading this article, you’ve probably already been on our website and looked at some floor plans and everything else, but these 10 steps are, you know, the, our guideline or our path, if you will, to buying your Oklahoma City new homes So the first thing that we always try and do with our customers is take them on the model home tour. The model home tours really great because you get to look at six to 12 fully furnished and decorated model homes. I’m really,

Shaul homes has more fully furnished and decorated model homes than any other builder, so we started taking our customers on a model home tour because who doesn’t love going around looking at beautifully decorated model homes. Our customers have told us that even if they end up buying from somebody else or building a home with somebody else so that our model home tour has been the single most helpful thing that they’ve done during their home shopping experience. And that’s mainly because on the tour we talk about the function behind the design and what floor plan might fit you best. And some of our floor plans have 15 different versions, so it’s really helpful to be with somebody on the tour that’s an expert and can point out the differences in these versions. That way you can find the one that fits you and your family best.

Under model home tour. Again, it’s mainly just focused on information behind the design and why we’ve laid out the room the way we have. Um, so you can find the best floor plan for you and your family, uh, to build your Oklahoma City new homes. Um, there’s a bunch of versatile plans, like I said, 15 different versions on some of them, some of them can only be a two story, but most of them can be built as a one or a two story so we can really narrow it down for you based off that and based off of price as well. So depending on what price do you want it to be at, we can definitely find a ripe priced home for you on the model home tour.

Um, the, the other thing about the model home tour is that there’s no pricing, so there’s really no pressure on the tour. If you wanted to talk about, you know, based pricing here or there or Ballpark, we might be able to answer some of your questions, but the main thing is we have a step later on step number four, which is called the price out and that’s the moment where, you know, get all the information and they go really into depth on every little detail with pricing. So you’ll know exactly what the price will be before you make any decisions or commitments. But that’s step number four. So to, in order for this model home tour to be as effective as possible, um, we just focus on the function behind the design and allow you to find that floor plan that fits you and your family’s needs best.

Uh, after the model home tour, I’m well on the model home tour. Let’s go into depth on kind of where, where we go and what we do. So the first community we go to on the model home tour is called Ashbrook. And this ash brook community is. I’m over here in broken Arrow and the model home is called the Prescott. Now keep in mind that you can build the Prescott in Edmond, so it could be your Oklahoma City new homes, but Ashbrook the community over here in broken Arrow is where we start on the model home tour and really a great community with half Acre home sites. And the press guy is built out here. One of the cool things about the Prescott is that it has more storage space than any other floor plan that we have that we have. And that was one thing that our customers wanted. They wanted a floor plan that had a lot of storage space, so if you’re looking for. I’ve had Oklahoma City new homes that has a lot of storage space or the Prescott would be a really good time for you to check out. Another cool thing about the floor plan on the Prescott is that it has what we call a late night laundry design. So the laundry room is really far away from the bedrooms. So if you’re the type of person that likes to put in laundry and just let it go all night and you will want to hear it going. I’m the Prescott is a great floor plan for your Oklahoma City new homes.

One other thing about the press guys that it has a huge pantry like you’re saying, for this storage space. And then we also redesigned the patio. So the patio used to overhang the windows, but over the years our customers kept telling us and they want more natural light in their Oklahoma City new homes. So one thing that we did is we actually redesigned the floor plan and push to the patio off the end of the note.
