Oklahoma City new homes | Finding Solutions

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy day to read this article and gather all the information so you can make the best decision for you and your family. Whenever you’re looking for an Oklahoma City new homes. There are so many decisions to be made and sometimes building a new home can be overwhelming, but luckily for you, Shar homes has created the best system and processes to get you from start to finish. Whenever you are thinking about designing and building your Edmond new home, one of the coolest things about shaw homes is that we have this path that we’ve created that’ll help you with 10 easy steps to get from start to finish for your Oklahoma City new homes. So they were talking about what floor plans that we have available. We have over 75 different floor plans and some of them have 15 different versions as well. So a lot of floor plans, a lot of versions. And we’re going to get into it and explain the differences in those. And some previous articles we’ve,

uh,

already discussed what the differences are in these floor plans. So we’re going to continue on today with the Notting Hill. The nottinghill, um, is really unique because the only bedroom downstairs is the master suite and the rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. I’m now the downstairs. There’s, like I said, the master suite, and then powder bathroom, an office

kitchen,

living room, that’s an open concept. Um, but then upstairs you have a bunch of different variations. You can do either two, three or four bedrooms upstairs with a couple of different bathrooms. So it really cool unique floor plan. If you’re looking for a two story home with just the master suite downstairs and the rest of the bedrooms upstairs, I’m definitely check out the notting hill for you or Oklahoma City new homes, there are three different versions of the Notting Hill. The nottinghill age is 2,400 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Like I said, a two story home with a three car garage. Uh, the notting hill l is 2,618 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And the Nottinghill v is the largest. Actually, it’s not this one element, it’s a bathroom upstairs, but it is 2,593 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.

The next floor plan, and we want to talk to you about is called the Prescott. Now remember all floor plans can be built in Edmond so they can be your Oklahoma City new homes. And the best way to understand the differences in these floor plans is to join in on a model home tour. That way you can get a true idea of what these floor plans will look like, why we’ve laid the rooms out the way we have. These rooms have been designed, redesigned over the years based on popular trends and customer feedback, um, with, you know, over 30 years of architectural experience put in. So a lot of times the floor plan you’re looking at is the version two point zero or even three point zero because we’ve redesigned and rebuilt our floor plans so many times. So the best thing you can do is join in on one of these model home tours. That way you can understand what version of every floor plan we have and what changes and why it changes and what might benefit you best. We go in these model home tours the same three days every single week. So we go mondays

at six PM, Sundays at 5:00 PM and Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM. So if you’re wanting to join in on one of those model home tours, it takes about 90 minutes and you get to drive your own vehicle. So if something comes up, you’re free to go at any time. You’re not stuck in a van with the sales managers or anything like that. But that’s the way to get all the information so you can make the best decision for your Oklahoma City new homes.

All right, so the Prescott is one of the floor plans. Uh, this is one of my favorites as a single story. It is 2,404 square feet. So it’s a large one story home. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Like I said, this one’s a one story with a three car garage. Some of the cool things about the Prescott is that it has the most storage closets of many of our floor plans because that’s what a lot of our customers were wanting. They kept asking for more storage space so the Prescott has the most storage space of any of our floor plans. It also has four really tall, huge windows in the great room and the back patio used to overhang these windows, but over the years our customers kept telling us that it’s blocking a lot of that natural light. So we have since redesigned these floor plans and pushed it off to the end of the nook allowing for a lot of natural light to come in through these windows in the living room of the Prescott. And so if you’re looking for a floor plan with a lot of windows and a lot of natural light for your Oklahoma City new homes, definitely check out the Prescott.

The Prescott has three different upstairs versions so you can do. I’m a two story Prescott with just the game room upstairs and that would make it 2,904 square feet. Still a three bedroom, two bathroom home with a three car garage, but that’ll be a two story version. Another version is a Prescott, he, which adds a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 152 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two story with the three car garage, or the press got age, which has a game room, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3,362 square feet. Five bedroom home. Three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Perfect for your Oklahoma City new homes. And the next floor plan I want to tell you about. It’s called the Redford. Redford is a really cool floor plan. Um, it has, uh, one of the most unique kitchen setups of any of our floor plans.

So one thing you’ll notice in this one is that you walk in or two bedrooms to one side with the bathroom, an office to the other side, and then continuing down the entrance you’ll walk into the living room and then off to the side you’ll see an open concept kitchen with the island. But that’s turned to face the nook and the backyard, so if you’re looking for a kitchen with the island facing the backyard so you can enjoy maybe the home site you’ve selected, or even if you’re off site and you have some view or some trees to look at, this is one of the coolest floorplans and kitchens for that. And for your Oklahoma City new homes, the Redford has the biggest kitchen of any of our floor plans and the most cabinets and the countertops space as well. And then in the bathroom there still are. The master suite has that snooze button design, so you can walk through the bathroom through the walk in a his and hers closets and then exit into the laundry room.

Then let’s continue on with the red for ds Redford. The beautiful floor plan. Um, the Redford has two or three different, one story versions, actually two different ones, three versions. And then, um, about six different versions total. The redford one, one story is 2,349 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathroom, one story with a three car garage. The redford also has an three different upstairs versions you can do just the game room upstairs for your Oklahoma City new homes was the Redford one a and that would make it 2,923 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and the Redford one e, which would do a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 178 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, or the Redford one age, which would be a game room, a bedroom, another bedroom, and a bathroom.

And again, at 3000, 343 square feet. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. One of the other versions is the Redford to age. This eliminates one of the bedrooms downstairs, making it two bedrooms downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs. Um, 3000, 158 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two story home with a three car garage. And then the Redford three. That’s the main difference between the Redford three is that it moves the garage over 10 feet and allows for another window on the front elevation, um, and adds a window into the study and a front porch. So the referee to three as a one story is 2,349 square feet. It’s three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage, but would also add the game room, one bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 186 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. So again, the best thing to do is join one of our sales managers on the model home tour so you can walk through these floor plans and really experienced the differences for yourself. That way you can make the best decision for your Oklahoma City new homes. And the best thing you can do is check out [inaudible] dot com.
