Today at Sha homes, I’m going to tell you all of the fantastic materials that are included with your bigsby new home in our heritage and signature series. They included. Features are the exquisite exterior. The cool thing about your new home is that it would come included with king size, Meridian brick on all four sides and outdoor living with under 20 square feet of covered patio and all the homes, but obviously the sizes of the bat that back patio vary depending on the home plan. We also use what we call a firm foundation with a post tension slab pulled to 32,000 pounds of tension. The windows that we use in your new home is the low New Homes Edmond argon filled vinyl tilt dual pane energy efficiency windows with your color of white clay or Tan. Then back the insulation that we use in your new home is the owens corning are 30 blown in ceiling installation and the arthur 13 exterior wall bats. Um, if you wanted to, you can upgrade your installation to an ar 15, a blown in insulation, pretty much like a spray foam insulation where it’s packed tight, but again, it’s just blown in. We also use guttering. What comes included in all of our communities, guttering on the front and in some of our communities has guttering on all four sides, but depending on what community you could upgrade to go to those on all four sides as well. Our framing is two by fours that are 16 on New Homes Edmond Center for the interior and exterior walls, and we also are one of the only builders that use the Tyvek House wrap for moisture vapor protection. We will pre-wire for all three coach lamps, but those fixtures do. You cannot have your lighting allowance with a single story home. You New Homes Edmond have a $1,500 lighting allowance for your new home, and this is to pick out all of your lighting fixtures and then for a two story home, you have a $2,000 lighting allowance

with your new home. You also have top notch mechanicals included, which is a carrier, 80 percent efficiency, high efficiency gas furnace, a 14 seer carrier, high efficiency cooling equipment, and automatic thermostat. With heat and air control, we have a zoned heating and cooling with two separate units on two story homes. For extreme energy efficiency, we also have an a and o Smith, 50 gallon high efficiency gas or electric water heater depending on the floor plan. With your new home, we also have a 200 amp electrical service included. We also include pecs, freeze resistant plumbing lines with your choice of gas or electric dryers on your interior. You get tile floors included throughout all wet areas, so your entryway, your kitchen, your neck, all bathrooms, and the utility room. Large selection of included color and patterns and carpet and all other areas. Your New Homes Edmond choice of color with a six pound pad, you have a 36 inches superior built vent free firebox with builder

gas logs and starter. Now it comes included with your fireplace is brick up to the mantle with a raised hearth. What else have custom cabinetry for your kitchen included with your new home? Um, we have three inch base in two and a quarter casings throughout the interior. On the first floor and second floor and garage, New Homes Edmond we have masonite doors with painted trim.
