New Homes Edmond | A Little Bit More

Okay, kids, this is podcast one of week seven slash 23 and I’m just going to tell you about some of our move in ready homes that we have as a big speed home builder. We build all over bixby. Jenks. I’m the union school district, Broken Arrow, but today I’m going to tell you about some homes that we’ve got for sale in the jinx school district and catcher woods of Jake’s. We’ve got my former model home are Prescott model for sale, um, that’s located at one one zero, one seven south Lawrence Street. It’s 2,565 square feet. So let me tell you a little bit about this home. This was my model home for a number of years. Just I’m west of 111. Uh, just west of highway 75 on 111th. New Homes Edmond cut your woods is one of those great communities that has a pool and a playground and paved.

I’m jogging, biking, hiking trails, running through out. And the model home is on the first corner lot as you pull into the neighborhood. It’s a two story home with a game room. And a three quarter bath upstairs and then downstairs it has the master plus two bedrooms and a two additional bathrooms, plus a large formal dining room and a study in addition to the very large great room and kitchen and Nook area. It has a two and a half car garage. Uh, this home since it was a former model, has got lots of pretty things installed it and including a tongue and groove oak hardwood floors throughout the main living area as a big home homebuilder we know that our clients love those hardwood floors. So New Homes Edmond of course we’ve got them in this beautiful press. God as well has a very large kitchen and nook with a bay window in it.

And a nice size covered patio. This is a beautiful home. And uh, since it is a former model, we’ve got a discounted, very deeply to only $279,000. So that’s a great buy for a lot of home in jinx school districts in beautiful country woods. Um, additionally, as a big speed home builder, we have in Elwood park a jinx schools, a ven tonic q, which is a 2,595 square feet, but it actually feels a lot bigger than that. This home is located at one nine. Oh, five west, 117th court. And it is priced at only 300, $19,023. So this is a four bedroom, three bath home, three car garage. Uh, the Vinton is one of our most popular floor plans as a bixby homebuilder. New Homes Edmond People walking through our models have pretty much designed our floor plans for us by telling us what they want and that’s how we developed our 80 plus floor plans that we currently have.

Um, of course we like to give our clients what they want. And the Vinton Acu certainly delivers on that promise. Not only has it got a great, a nice kitchen, uh, with a very large, a nook on it. And I liked the size of this kitchen because there’s plenty of room between the great room, which is open to the kitchen, but there’s plenty of room between where your sofa is going to be and where you’re a island area is and where you’re going to be putting bar stools. Um, this home has two bedrooms up and the master plus one down. Now, New Homes Edmond this home was designed for families who, uh, tell us that they, they need at least one bedroom down that they can use as a nursery. Um, and that’s what this home delivers on very, very well. A mom or dad can walk straight from their bedroom in the master bedroom through their master bath, through their master closet utility room, and then they’re right there at the baby’s room.

So, uh, leaving those doors open or using a baby monitor, you’re going to hear the baby a real close to you at night. Also, let’s say you don’t have young ones and you want the Kiddos that you do have to go upstairs, that room just off that utility room, makes a great exercise room or craft room or maybe a second study because, New Homes Edmond, it’s easy to close the door if you don’t want to see the mess. It’s a, it’s a great, great floor plan. Lots of closet space in the Ventana, uh, lots of storage space. I’m the pantry and fact is huge. It runs all the way behind the kitchen and it’s just great. This home I’m in, Elwood Park, uh, actually sits on a really nice culdesac lot and as I mentioned, it’s only 300, $19,023 as a big speed homebuilder. Also in Elwood Park, we have got our single story, Redford.

The redford is a beautiful home. It’s 2,349 square feet. This home is low. This home is located at the one one, seven three. Oh, New Homes Edmond south red bud street. And it’s for sale for only $297,959. So for a beautiful community like Elwood Park, uh, that’s a lot of square footage for under 300,000, a perfect home for maybe a single mom or dad or a or an empty nester who is downsizing. It’s just a, it’s just a great home on a beautiful home side. They’re in Elwood Park to 97, 9:59, three bedrooms, two bath, three car garage. So I’ll tell you a little bit about the red for two.

The Redford, uh, first of all, it has a beautiful elevation from the front. It has a really pretty front elevation and as you walk in the Redford, you were in the entry hall, the Entry Hall and just to your left is a whole way that goes to a hall bathroom, the hall linen closet and bedrooms number two and three upfront. Then back in the entry hall, New Homes Edmond, you are looking through to the great room windows, um, the great room windows that overlook the backyard area. And as you step in to that great room area, then you see the Redford kitchen and very, very large dining area.

Yeah.

What makes this Redford so unique? And so special is the size of the kitchen, lots and lots and lots of storage cabinets. So as a bixby home builder, we realize that I’m in most of them, but nyland kitchens, you lose a lot of storage space because you basically just have one or maybe one and a half little walls of cabinet space of upper lower cabinets because the other wall has been taken away and it’s open to the great room. So, but the rent for has two huge full walls of cabinetry. So for additions, girl like me, New Homes Edmond it’s a wonderful, wonderful a floor plan.

And then the, um, island, instead of overlooking the great room and looking at the back of your husband’s head, you actually, the island is actually turned sideways to the Great Room and overlooks your beautiful backyard. So there’s lots of windows that you get to look out and see all the pretty in your, in your backyard instead of just looking at the, at the, uh, at the backside of Your Sofa. Uh, the NERC was designed to accommodate, to be big enough to accommodate all your formal dining room furniture. New Homes Edmond, when, um, Mr Shaw got ready to draw that floor plan, I said not everybody wants a formal dining room, some people just want to have a nook that is large enough to accommodate their dining room furniture and that’s what he had in mind when he designed the Redford floor plan.
