New Homes Edmond | Tell You Today

Okay, so this is podcast number two of the week of July, 23rd of 2018 kandace met her hair was shaw homes. Um, as a bixby home builder, we have a number of beautiful move in ready homes that are in the big city school district that I think I’ll tell you about today. Um, in shelby at Yorktown. Let’s just start with the big, the big one. Shelby at yourtown. Well, all of your tone is a jake’s address but bixby schools. So as a bixby homebuilder a, this has been a very popular neighborhood for us. New Homes Edmond in shelby at Yorktown, we have our waterstone model home for sale. We’re going to sell it because we are going to build a couple more waterstone models on a couple of different lots here in shelby at Yorktown. This home is gorgeous. It is 4,402 square feet. It, um, it’s just incredible. It’s got five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms.

And of course an oversized three car garage. This home not only looks beautiful from the outside, but it has a nice sized lot as well. So, New Homes Edmond, this home is our Chelsea model and it’s located at four. Oh, five West, 127th place south now as a bixby home builder. We have listened to our customers and this, a home just checks a lot of the boxes as far as what our clients have told us that they want. For instance, um, it has a study, but rather than being right at the front door, the study is actually at the rear of the home, which our clients keep telling us. That’s a brilliant idea. Not only is it more private that way, but you actually get to, when you’re working at your desk there, you actually get to look out at a beautiful backyard instead of the street.

Um, so a lot of my customers really, really love that study. Plus as a huge vaulted ceiling was suspended beams up at the, uh, up at the top and New Homes Edmond, has a closet in there. It’s just gorgeous. The, um, home also has a formal dining room just at the front. When you come in the front door, there’s an entry hall that is super, super tall and the ceiling goes way up and in fact there’s a recess, there’s a cut out with a recessed. I’m opening that the that is taller, and then there is a incandescent lighting in there so it glows real pretty at night as well as the big chandelier that hangs down from that ceiling. Then just to your right, as you walk in the front door is the formal dining room. The formal dining room has a groin ceilings treatment, so it has a very, very fancy ceiling treatment that is just special and beautiful.

And, um, then, um, just to your left as the entry way is, I’m a hallway that leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom and a linen closet. Then I’m walking on into the great room. Well, first of all, you’re going to notice our staircase are staircases wider than most builders staircases. Um, as a big home builder, our buyers tell us, hey, we have a hard time getting furniture up, narrow stairs, so please make them a little wider. So, um, these are, and of course there’s a beautiful carpet on the stairs too, that’s really, really attractive and pretty. This home is all decorated in modern, a gray tones that are so popular now with a beautiful stucco exterior and a very tall eight foot solid iron and glass, New Homes Edmond, rob key signature front door. It’s beautiful and I’m, the great room is huge. I mean it is really, really huge.

It can accommodate a lot of furniture and then it has a fireplace that centered on the wall with tile that runs all the way up to the ceiling. And then on either side of the fireplace there are built in as far as say bookshelves and I guess they are, but you are picturing would in your head when I say bookshelves, whereas these have a base cabinet that, you know, a base cabinet that sits down low, but then they have three, a heavy glass tempered glass shelves that actually have halogen lights on them that are lit up. So it’s very contemporary, very light and bright and very modern looking gorgeous. Then you can’t help but notice the huge, huge windows and glass door to the backyard off of the great room, New Homes Edmond given you a super view of the backyard. And then the next thing you’ll notice of course is that kitchen.

The kitchen is beautiful. Um, it has lots of cabinets in it. It has the secret hidden pantry that just looks like a regular cabinet door, but when you opened it up, it has a big pantry that walks all the way to the back side of the, uh, of the kitchen as a big speed homebuilder. These are some of the custom features that our clients have told that they really enjoy seeing in homes. And so we’ve incorporated them into this beautiful waterstone Chelsea, the kitchen also a accommodates a big side by side Fridge Freezer Combo, which is increasingly popular these days, um, as well as lazy susans and the cabinets and a quiet close drawers throughout the, the home. Then just behind the kitchen is the magnificent master’s suite. Well, New Homes Edmond not only is the ceiling vaulted and the room huge that has this gorgeous fandom clear hanging in the master that looks like a chandelier, but it actually has a fan incorporated into it that keeps the air moving, which is important when you have those really high tall ceilings.

It’s a real wow factor for everybody that comes into the model as it bixby home builder. We like to get those wows when we, um, when we show off the features of, of our homes. And then when you walk into the master bathroom, that’s another huge wow because not only is the ceiling vaulted, so it’s super tall. There’s a beautiful chandelier at the top of the center of the ceiling hanging down. Oh, and I forgot to mention all the beams and the master bedroom, uh, as well as in the master bathroom, there is the capabilities for you to put a TV behind the master bathroom beers because it’s already wired up there. And we’ve got to stay sport actually hidden inside the Pantry, which is a shares a wall with the master bathroom. The New Homes Edmond mirrors go all the way to the ceiling and they’re framed, um, beautiful quartz countertops throughout this home.

And then walking from the master bathroom, you walk into this huge master closet that it. I mean, it makes everybody go, wow, this thing is huge. It’s the size of a large bedroom actually. It has a really neat, um, center island built in the middle of the closet that has drawers in it and the quartz countertop and a plug in for charging station or something like that. There’s also a framed full length mirror in this, um, master closet as well as the off season a claw closed storage of the, uh, with, with the tall ceiling in the closet and the hydraulic, a pull down closet rods all across. Closet rods are the heavy steel covered in chrome. So there you don’t want to have trouble with them bending or breaking. New Homes Edmond then of course the master closet walked straight into the utility room also with quartz countertops and a sink and beautiful tile backsplash.

And then from the mudroom or from the laundry room, you walk right into the mudroom. So when you’re coming in from the garage and this home, you are stepping into the bedroom with the med bench and then just to your right, you’re stepping through your utility room into your master closet and kicking off your shoes right there. So that is very, very handy as a bixby homebuilder we listened to our clients over the years and uh, they continually flood to tell us what they want to see in a home. So as a big speed homebuilder, it’s our job to deliver that for our clients. And this Chelsea certainly does deliver that. It’s for sale for a $599,999. And the address is four.
