New Homes Edmond | Touching Base Today

Today I’ll tell you about some of our big speed new home communities. The first big B new home community I’m going to tell you about is called a state at the river estates at the river, the starting in the low three hundreds, so meaning you can buy a home right around $300,000 in that community with the square footage range anywhere from 2,349 square feet to 3,712 square feet. Estates at the river is located at five four, one, one east, 121st place south in Bixby, Oklahoma. New Homes Edmond If you ever wanted to look at any home sites for building your big new home, feel free to call our office at nine. One, eight, six, eight, eight, five, six, six, zero states that the river is just south of 121st, so it’s on 121st on the south side, just west of Sheridan. So it’s in between Sheridan and yell in the South Side of 121st.

The next one I wanna tell you about, for our new home community, it’s called Quail Creek. Have big speed. Uh, these homes are starting around in the high two hundreds as well. So I mean if you had a budget of around $275,000, this would be a perfect big speed community for you. New Homes Edmond, there was no model home in this community. However, we do have plenty of home sites available. So if you’re interested in a big new home, I’m quail creek and Bixby, it’d be perfect community for you. The square footage range is anywhere from 21. Oh, two square feet to 3,712 square feet.

Big Quail Creek. Big speed is again located off of 121st on the south side, just west of memorial to the benefit of quail creek because you’re so close to memorial and all those shops and restaurants and activities entertainment right off of memorial. So He’d be really close, easy access to the creek turnpike to highway one, 69. So really from this community can get wherever you need to go. The next community on to tell you about is called seven lakes. We are actually sold out of all of our home sites in seven lakes. However, there are a couple move in ready homes available. Seven lakes homes were starting around in the high two hundreds and the square footage range was 2,102 to 37 slash 12. The homes that we still have available in seven lakes. So with our bigs new homes is the Wyndham and the stone broke the Wyndham is currently for sale for 399,900. New Homes Edmond the stonebrook is for sale for around two 60. The next big speed community on a table,

it’s called Somerset. Somerset is on the north side of 121st just east of Sheridan.

Somerset is great because it’s a small charming community.

I’m with New Homes Edmond great people living in their homes. Starting in that community start around 300,000 and the square footage range is from 1,102 to 37, 12 square feet. We currently have a couple move in ready homes in that community as well. One of them is the Redford three, so if you are looking to move right into one of our communities in our bigs, b, new home community, somerset would be a perfect community for you. The address there is one, two, zero, seven, two south, 68 east avenue in Bixby, Oklahoma, seven, four, zero, zero eight. Again, our phone number is nine one eight, six, eight, eight, five, six, six, zero. So if you wanted to look at any of these communities, see what it looks like, building a brand new home with shaw homes and building your brand new, big speed new home. Just give us a call and we’d be happy to help. The area schools for this community in Somerset is big speech school district, so we have north elementary, bigsby, middle school, and high school. The next community I want to tell you about, New Homes Edmond it’s called Spring Hill farms. This community is a little bit farther south of 171st and Lewis, so it’s still considered a big speed. These homes are also on one half acre home sites, so really large homesites and the Minimum Square footage is 2,500 square feet. So the ranges from 25, 36 to 30 7:12.

Yeah, and one of the cool things about springhill firearms is that it’s located in Bixby, so you’re still in big city school districts, but you go to central elementary and middle school and high school. Some of our other communities that I want to tell you about our outside of the XP, people just know that any of these communities you can build any of our floor plans in. So the next big speed new home community on tape out. It’s called Ashbrook. Ashbrook is located just north of 101st off of Oneda. These homes are starting in the mid to hundreds and the square footage range is 18. Oh, two to 37. 12 in Ashbrook a is half acre home sites and a lot of these sites in Ashbrook have a credit on them as well. So if you’re interested in living in broken arrow with a half of an acre, New Homes Edmond a ashbrook would be a perfect community for you.

The next community want to you about. It’s called Brighton

village. New Homes Edmond, these ones are starting in the low two hundreds. And the square footage is around 18. Oh, two to 30 7:12. This community is located just west of county line. I mean we’ll just. West of just east of county line and north of a hundred 21st.

This would still be considered broken Arrow school districts as well. So you’d go to Spring Creek Elementary. Child was middle school and Broken Arrow highschool. And this community is also a clubhouse and a community pool. New Homes Edmond It’s conveniently located less than a mile from the creek turnpike, so you can get just about anywhere you want to go from Tulsa in Tulsa in a short amount of time for this community. Also the Warren theater is nearby as well as Walmart and a lot of other shopping areas. So Brighton village is a perfect community. The next one I’ll tell you about, it’s called Elwood Park. Elwood park is a community in jinx right off of our just south of 111th, and the homes there are starting in the two eighties. The square footage drain ranging from 2149 to 37. 12. Next is called Highland Creek, a highland creek. They’re starting in the low two hundreds and the square footage range is from 18. Oh, two to 30, 30 to 62. The cool thing is about highland creek is that it’s really close to the broken our expressway and to the turnpike so you’re. You can get to Tulsa or big speed in a short amount of time. It also has a pool of clubhouse, basketball field soccer field,

walking trails, fishing ponds. So this was one of the best and fastest growing communities in broken arrow. The next community I’ll tell you about, it’s called highlands. At Forest Ridge, we are almost 100 percent sold out of the highlands at Forest Ridge. However, we do have a few home sites left. They’re starting in the low two hundreds with the square footage ranging from 18. Oh, two to 37. 12 highlands at forest ridge is a really large community as well, so there’s a catch and release ponds. There’s over 10 miles of paved, walking and biking trails, Forest Ridge Park with basketball courts, softball diamonds, soccer fields, and rainbow play system swings in the large common area. New Homes Edmond There’s also the nearby Forest Ridge for me in tennis, golf course and Cafe Savannah, so forest rage is one of the best communities in broken Arrow with plenty of shopping nearby and all the amenities living in a master planned community. Next community I want to tell you about it

called Look Oak Ridge

of jinx. These homes start in the to nineties with the square footage ranging from 23, 49 to 37, 12. Next is called Remington trails. This one’s off of 225th, just south of 101st. Then we have rubia states. Review states is great because it’s right off of four, 12, close to I nola. The square footage ranging from 18. Oh, two to 3019. Also. These are half acre home sites and larger, so if you’re wanting a large home site and the most bang for your buck Rubia states in, New Homes Edmond I know that would be the perfect location for you rush. Brooke North is another great community that we have with bixby. New homes starting in the high two hundreds square footage ranging from 2095 to 30 7:12.
