Hello and welcome to shaw homes, exclamation mark. Today I’m going to tell you how to find the list of our move in ready homes. Obviously the best thing you can do with your new home is to design and build a home from scratch. We have over 70 different floor plans and 25 different communities that you can build in, but sometimes time is crucial and people need something that’s move in ready. So here was shaw homes. We have more move in ready homes and any other builder as well. And one of the biggest benefits of our move in ready home is that it’s still covered by Tulsa’s best warranty, which is a 10 year structural warranty, a two year mechanical warranty, New Homes Edmond and a one year limited warranty.

The first home

I’m going to tell you about can be your big new home. So the first thing you’d want to do is go onto our website, [inaudible] dot com. There you’ll find our three different series of homes. We have the Manchester series, the heritage series, and the waterstone series. So New Homes Edmond depending on what series you’re looking at, or Manchester series moving ready homes start around one 60 and go to around 2:30 or heritage series. Start run to 40 and go to 450,000 and our waterstone homes start at 460,000 and go up from there. And today I’m going to tell you about our our heritage series. Move in ready homes. So Click on the view now button there on the heritage series. And then once you scroll down you’ll see a list of things you can do here. The first move in ready home I want to tell you about is called the crescent one. The Crescent is a one story and the cool thing about the crescent is that you literally walk inside and the hallway. Ben’s kind of like a half moon shape and down. That happened in the hallway. There’s a couple of bedrooms and a bathroom. I think that’s why they call it the crescent. Again, any of these move and ready homes can be built in bixby so they could be your big new home.

This Crescent, however, is built in Highland Creek and the address is one zero, four, three, three south, 233 East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The price for this crescent is 250, 3,960. It’s currently for sale and 100 percent built so you can buy it and move in. The square footage for the crescent is 2095 square feet. This is a three bedroom home, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. Other crescent does have a formal dining room as well along with an open concept and a really nice sized master bedroom with an additional bump out and in the master bedroom. So if you wanted an additional seating area in the master bedroom, you can definitely find that in the crescent. One of the things about the crescent also is that the laundry room is away from the bedrooms, so if you’re the type of person that does late night laundry, this floor plan that would be perfect for you New Homes Edmond.

The laundry room and the mudroom are through the kitchen on the other side of the house. Another thing about the crescent is that this floor plan has a front porch with which some of our big speed new homes don’t have a front porch. So if you think of front porch is in important to you, I’m definitely check out the crescent floorplan back to this crescent here in Highland Creek. It isn’t the broken Arrow school districts. So there’s oak crest elementary child, there’s middle school and broken Arrow highschool. The next big new home I want to tell you about is called the Redford one story. This redford one story that’s move in ready is in Brighton village. It’s still under construction, but it should be ready soon. New Homes Edmond, the price is 259,800. The address there is six zero, one, three south 13th street in broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The square footage for the Redford one story is 2000, 172 square feet.

This is a three bedroom, two bathroom, one story with a three car garage. Again, this Redford is located in broken arrow. So the school districts would be Spring Creek elementary trial. There’s middle school and broken Arrow high school. Some of the cool things about the Redford is that it has an island that faces the note. So for your big speed new home, you wouldn’t need a formal dining room. This one doesn’t have a formal dining room, but instead it has an oversized and since the island is facing the nook, it kind of creates two separate entertaining spaces, still one of our most open concepts from the kitchen to the living room, but since the island is turned facing the nook and looking out the back windows, it kind of creates two different entertaining spaces. Another cool thing about the Redford is that it has the most kitchen cabinets of any of our floor plans. So the kitchen is the most important thing to you. Definitely check out the Redford for your big new home. Another thing about the Redford is that it has what we call a snooze button design. New Homes Edmond from the master bedroom you can. If two people get up at separate times, one person can get up and go into the bathroom and then change and get ready for the day and then exit through the master closet instead of going back and forth through the master bedroom to disturb that person.

The redford can be built as a one or a two story as well. Some of the two story configurations of the Redford would be upstairs. You could do just a game room or you could do a game room plus a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, or you could do a two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a game room upstairs. So this one can be a four or five bedroom house as well. The next move and ready home I want to tell you about is called the Addison p. The Addison P is located in Ashbrook. Again, any of these floor plans can be your new home. The address to this Addison P is nine five, one six south 238 East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The price for this one is 282,400. That’s currently active. The square footage for the Addison P is 2,430 square feet. This is a four or a five bedroom house depending on if you wanted to use that study for a bedroom. It can be our most square footage efficient five bedroom house. New Homes Edmond, this one has three bathrooms, it’s a two story home with three car garage. This

home is located in broken Arrow, so the school districts would be highland park elementary, neither ridge middle school and broken Arrow high school. Now, if you were wanting to build the Addison p for your big speeding home, the addison can be a one or a two story as well as a one story. The square footage is 1,854 square feet, making it a four bedroom or a three bedroom with an office. So still a great floor plan. Again, the address for this Addison P is nine five, one six south 238 East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. New Homes Edmond if you’re working with a realtor, um, sometimes these homes aren’t listed on the mls. So if you see one that doesn’t have a lockbox and isn’t on the mls, I’m still just call us. Another cool thing about the addison is that it has a split floor plan, so there are two bedrooms on one side with a bathroom and then separating that is the living room and the kitchen and in the master suite and the fourth or the office is on the other side of the house. Now obviously the best thing you can do is find a floor plan that fits all of your needs. Find the community where you’d like to build that home and design it yourself and work hand in hand with one of our designers.
