Thank you for joining us for a another segment here at shaw homes. This is Jordan more at Stephen Oak South talking to you about a list of things that come included with every single one of your Sha homes for the heritage series. This is pretty awesome. As I’ve kind of mentioned over the course of time, two things. Number one, we are expanding our family out to Edmond, Oklahoma, so that’s right Edmond new homes construction is starting out there and we’re proud to say that we’re moving to Oklahoma City and expanding our family there as well as the Tulsa area so you guys can consider yourself blessed for us coming out there. And then the other thing is, is we, New home construction Oklahoma City, have a list of things that come included in every single one of our heritage homes. And uh, it’s important for us to be able to tell you what those things are because that’s what usually what most people want in their homes.

Bottom line. And then after that, we just give them the choice to be able to spend what they want to, um, the upgrades or, or, um, additional options in the home, uh, that they deem worthy to pay for instead of us loading them out for things that they might not use a, we want to put the ball and our customers court so that way they’re making the decision of what they want to do in each and every single one of their homes. A really giving the power over to the customer. New home construction Oklahoma City for an Edmund new home builder, that’s just our primary focus is just to make this as easy as possible for our customers to go through this process so that way they can get into their home and they can choose the floor plan that works best for them and all the color selections and everything else that felt want, um, uh, you know, in their homes.

So when they move in, it’s exactly where they want it. And so the last couple ones I had kind of covered, um, you know, just a few things here. Uh, I do believe I went over the master suite and then things that come included there. The next one I wanted to jump into was the luxurious laundry. And so here you get custom made solid stain grade alder or paint grade 30 inch uppers, uh, cabinets and rod and shelf or hanging laundry, also a lower cabinet with two cm granite countertop. Also your choice of, um, you know, Shaker farm house or raised panel door styles. This comes with a hidden hinge and crown molding, molding. Um, you know, all cabinets are per plan, New home construction Oklahoma City, you also get a in wall washer box with hot and cold water supply and a drain line. And then you’ll also get your choice of gas or to 20 connection for your dryer.

New home construction Oklahoma City, of course, usually people do one or the other. We’d like to give people those options. You can choose to do both if you’d like to have an end to an additional cost. But we find that the vast majority of them use one or the other. And I think that’s the other awesome part comes included in the laundry room. If your plan does have a countertop, it’s granted, which is awesome because, um, you know, a lot more fancy looking and more durable than, than um, I’m cultured marble, which is still a great product. It’s just a people love more and if it comes included, that’s all the better. And so for, and a Edmond new home builder, we also do incredible interiors and that is tile flooring throughout all the wet areas, which is the foyer, the kitchen and notebook, all the bathrooms and utility room and a large selection of an included colors and patterns, um, that you’ll be able to pick from.

You’ll get carpet and all other areas of your choice of color and you’ll get a six pound carpet pad that does come included. New home construction Oklahoma City, you will also get 36 inch a superior, a builder vent free firebox, which with builder gas logs with the starter, this is a brick raised hearth and surround with decorative stained or payments style mantle and your choice of a classic or being style. And so, uh, you know, when you do get to the price out and you get to make the selection, there’s a handful of other things that you can do, but a full brick fireplace with a mantle does come included, um, custom made a solid stain grade alder or paint grade cabinets and hall bath, um, and utility room. Uh, you’ll also once again have your choice to shaker, farmhouse or raised panel door styles. This comes with a hidden and a hidden hinges and crown molding as well, and your choice of one paint or stain color throughout the home.

So whatever you end up selecting your kitchen or whatever that might be, if you’re a paint or stain, you have to use that throughout the home. Or you can choose to, um, pay an additional cost for others. Bull nose, archways and corner ways. And I’ll entries living, uh, in all and all entry living, dining, study, kitchen and hallway entries. You’ll get a three inch log base trim and two and a quarter of casing throughout the homes. Interior, first floor and second floor and garage. You’ll get the Mesa night door with painted trim. And your choice of Cheyenne Roman arch, riverside to panel square or six panel colonial style as an New home construction Oklahoma City, we provide the Westlock cove door knob and hinges and your choices of your fin of finish. And that is oil rubbed, bronze brushed, nickel chrome,

a cable phone and Combo Jack. And the great room study if applicable, master bedroom, game room if applicable. And dominance from, of applicable. Those are what come included there. And, uh, you also get, um, one color for your walls and ceilings throughout the home and one color for your dorm doors and trim. And you have many colors to choose from. Uh, you know, your trim and closets are going to be painted your wall color. And then you also get an accent color for study or dining room. New home construction Oklahoma City, all non master full baths come with cultured marble vanity tops. And a back splash, um, well white far fiberglass shower tub combo and your commode, which is white, your faucets, which is a Delta, um, plumbing fixture in a variety of styles. And your choice of a nation bronze brushed nickel or chrome finish ’em, all two story homes will have an oak hand railing with an oak newell and painted square ballisters at the bottom of the stairs. And of course the links would it very on the base of the plan. And you get an, a la aligning allowance for $1,500 for a one story home in a $2,000 allowance for a two story home. Um, level two countertops are included in the kitchen, which includes 3:00 AM, um, granted and courts tile shower in the master bathroom

Oh, this would be for your premier communities. And that would be a level two counters, a tiled shower and a knotty alder front door. Um, as far as premier communities go that it would be a handful of them. And that’s Chisholm Ranch Ed, edgewood estates, Elmwood Park states at the river, millicent pond, a Oak Ridge Quail Creek, seven legs, somerset, a spring creek, Timber Creek village. So that trails, well stone in York town. Other than that, I would like to mention that sod on oversized a acre home sites, New home construction Oklahoma City, communities like Rubia states will get a fully sighted front yard and a partially sodden, a rear yard up to 15,000 square feet total. And this also timber creek which is fully sorted front yard a, unless it’s up to wooded area. What are their home sites will have sod in the area that is cleared and a graded and graded prior to construction of the home. Uh,

beginning on land. Ashbrook is fully sorted. Spring Creek Spring Hill farms is fully sodded, edgewood estates fully slotted up to but not including the enjoyment e’s easement and then for offsite up to 5,000 square feet coming included, New home construction Oklahoma City, as far as sod goes. So for an Edmund new home builder, these are the things that I always like to cover. So people are aware of the things that do come included a naturally a premier communities will have a handful of things that come included there that wouldn’t come normally included in and a non premier community website, uh, communities. And so for Admin, new home builder, we will be releasing the communities that will have those as well, so you can be aware of what does come included. Like I said, we give this, this list of features, um, and every single one of the packets that we give our customers when they come through the door and we also make sure that they get it in their hands when they go into the model home to her.
