New Home Construction | Many Options for You to Choose

Our luxury series has a long list of included features that we’ve gotten a chance to add into their homes. Um, we’ve got so many different, uh, glorious and beautiful features that we add into our homes, but our luxury line, of course, tops it all. Basically in our home, you’ve got so much, that’s already included in your New Home Construction , um, that all of the features that you might normally want to add in they’re already taken care of. Um, and it’s normally just the price of the home that you’re getting quoted on. When you go on that tour to check out the different options in floor plans, basically I can go over the first couple pages of included features, uh, says list for a luxury series. Now, starting with our exteriors, we basically have the king-size Meridian brick on all four sides. Um, it’s primed and painted.

We’ve got outdoor living with covered patio in all homes New Home Construction , and especially in our luxury homes, they’re just massive gorgeous spaces outside. And it’ll just depend on which plan you choose. The firm foundations we’ve got from foundations with engineer post-tension slab pull to 32,000 pounds tension. Uh, we’ve got low E argon fill that vinyl tin tilt energy star windows with divided light on the front and clear view on sides in the back. The color choices include white tan clay, bronze or black, bronze, and black are only included on like the front windows. So if you’re going for a certain color or a certain style in your home, you can definitely choose that and, or have that included as an admin new home builder. Like we definitely want to make sure that you’ve got all the options, all the features and finishes to make your house your home. We’re really lucky that we’ve gotten the chance to be an Edmund new home builder. Um, more recently just with how the market has gone. We’re very grateful to have the opportunity to build out there.

Um, we’ve got energized and seamless aluminum guttering and downspouts on your entire home. Our framing is two by fours, 16 inches on center into your, an extra walls. And we’ve got DuPont Tyvek house wrap for the moisture vapor protection. You’re going to get LP smart siding on our two story homes. They use LP moisture resistant, some floors on top of LP engineered, no squeak floor joists. Um, so that’ll be awesome for moisture protection and for not having a squeaky and groaning home that, um, makes a lot of noise. When you run up and down the stairs or running around upstairs with your kiddos or, you know, something like that. We’ve got 30 year warranty, architectural style shingles. Um, we’ve got designer or masonry mailbox to match the community covenant and the design. We’ve got paint on all exterior siding for New Home Construction ,

Soffits, facia, interim, you get two colors, one for the setting and room for the patient trim. Um, you’ve got three foot by eight foot Highwood front entry door with continuous weather, stripping protection, black patio Farber, or, um, back. How do you have fiberglass requester with full view glass? So just tons of natural light, large interiors and exteriors. Um, it’s a great feature that we’ve got to offer that a new addition. We’ve got a video doorbell that comes included. You’ll also get the Westlock, a front door entry set, including deadbolts, your choice of satin nickel or oil rubbed, bronze colors. Um, we’ve got oversized insulated, uh, carriage garage doors. Two car is eight, 18 feet by eight feet. And the third car is eight feet by eight feet landscaping. Uh, you get 1500 allowance for shrubs, trees and flowers. Mulching in green [inaudible] are included or just of course, as per covenants in our community. So as an admin, new home builder and admin builder, um, each community is going to be different. You don’t know exactly what it’s going to be until you kind of forgot the location that works best for you and your family that you guys want to be in. And then from there we can, we can go from there and help set the right expectation of what you’ll be receiving for your home.

You’re going to get two frost-free hose bibs, three waterproof GFCI receptacles, I guess, step out at the cover patio for your grill electric, a half, half horsepower garage opener it’s included for all of your garage doors. Um, you’re going to get an irrigation irrigation sprinkler system. That’ll be up to six zones. You can add more than that, but we’re going to make sure to take care of you for six zones. For our mechanicals, we use Lennox 96% high efficiency, gas furnace. We also use the Lennox, 16 seer, high efficiency, cooling equipment. We’ve got a new addition. Um, we’ve included a smart touch thermostat. It’s fully installed security system on all windows and doors, including two motion sensor in two key pads. So like when your front door or your laundry, like where you first enter through the garage, um, and then also one in your limit ear, your Notley, not your living room, excuse me, your, um, master bedroom.

We’ve got a new addition for your tankless water heater included in New Home Construction . Um, 200 amp electrical service per plan, uh, PEX freeze, tolerant plumbing lines. So you’re not going to have plumbing lines at first for a gourmet kitchens. We’ve got built in stainless steel appliances with oven microwave cabinet, that features cookie sheet dividers and pots and pans drawers, which that’s a really awesome feature. Obviously lots of storage you’ll be getting in your kitchen. So you get Frigidaire professional 30, uh, 30 inch built-in five cubic feet, 5.0 cubic feet oven with an oversize window, my clock and timer. You’re going to get the Frigidaire professional dishwasher was silverware spray. You’re going to get Frigidaire professional. Ventless built in microwave. You’re going to get a Frigidaire professional, 30 inch gas cooktop, a Frigidaire professional off all fridge, all freezer, huge industrial, amazing gorgeous fridge and freezer. You’re going to get a vent hood bus cook the cooktop and your choice of multiple styles vented to the exterior per plan, high capacity food disposal with push button switch on the countertop task area, lighting, including recess lights, pendant lights under cabinet lights and puck lights in the kitchen.

Custom made Stalin solid stain grade Alder or paint grade cabinets with 52 inch uppers and glass doors. Your, your choice of multiple styles. It comes with in soft closed hinges soft-close door drawers guides, excuse me. In crown molding, the cooktop offset is included. So like your cooktop can be bumped out a little on your countertop. So it gets kind of a very unique, um, countertop style where you get like a couple of inches bumped out, uh, just makes it look more professional, more luxurious. You get a little bit more granite countertop, a little more space to entertain, to host and to store stuff. Um, you’re going to get built-in storage per plan, including rollout shelves, pots, panes drawers, and a pull-out trash. That’s just per plan as well. You’re going to get an oversize hidden pantry with a face shelving. So I mean like huge hidden pantry where it almost looks like a cabinet, um, or like a, a door to a cabinet and you open the door and it opens like this entire entryway, like a hidden tucked away.

Um, walk-in pantry. That’s just massive. It’s great for storage. It’s awesome. Uh, you get your choice of cabinet pull hardware throughout the house. You get numerous two centimeter or three centimeter, granite and quartz countertops with your choice of flat pencils, which are half full nose moving on in kitchen, you’re going to get full tall box flush and numerous choices in colors. You’re going to get a water line to the ice maker. You’re going to get numerous choices of under mountain kitchen sinks, including stainless steel, composite, or apron front. And you’re going to get multiple choices of Delta faucets and a variety of finishes. So that’s just kind of a start to the luxury included features. Now I made luxury. Everything’s going to be included. So this, this is a very long, large list of options that are included in your home. Like for example, for your master suite, um, you’re going to get an extended height, uh, in your ceiling detail on the master bedroom, including ceiling fan pre-wire, bracing and mounting with two separate switches. Uh, the fixture will come out of your lighting

Allowance, but you’re going to be able to get the chews out later on during your New Home Construction . You’re going to get custom made solid green Alder or paint grade cabinets, your choice of multiple styles. It comes with hidden soft, close hinges and soft closed door. Guys. You’re going to get a head knocker cabinet with the crown above the toilet, numerous two centimeter or three centimeter, granite and quartz countertops have your choice of flat pencils, which are half bullnose. You’re going to get a free standing soaking tub. I mean, these things are gorgeous. I absolutely love them. They can come in either square or round, and there might be another option just depending on the luxury in the home and the floor plan that you choose. Um, but at least for now, those are just a few options in the exterior, your mechanicals, your kitchen, and then your master suite. And of course, I’ll make sure to continue on in the master suite and go over the laundry room, your interiors that comes included your hall bathroom, um, your extra bathroom, the energy efficiency, and then the sod on the oversize and acreage on site, especially just because luxury, we’ve got a little bit larger homes. So they w we want to make sure we’re putting on a little thing, them on a little bit larger home site. So you feel very comfortable and you like, you’ve got the space to move and grow with your family with help from New Home Construction .
