New Home Builder in Edmond | What I Do I Need to Know About Building a Home

We got the opportunity to walk through the first floor of our luxury Chelsea model. Um, this is the Chelsea K version that we got the chance to look at. So now I’m stepping upstairs, um, to our second story option. Now, the great thing about our Chelsea model as an, a new home builder, a Tilson new home builder and a New Home Builder in Edmond . Um, we have the opportunity to build such a wide array of different floor plans. And so a great thing about the Chelsea floor plan is this is just one version of, you know, multiple different versions of this home. The Chelsea can be built as a single story. It can be built as a two story. It can be three, four or five bedrooms with two, three or four or five bathrooms. Then as a new home builder, we love getting the opportunity for people to have a choice in a variety and the options that they can put in their home or how they can design their home.

It really creates a layout in a space that’s specifically just for you. So as we walk up the stairs, the really cool feature about the stairs is it’s very high ceiling in this house. So it feels like a very grand walk up the staircase. It’s got a gorgeous gray pattern, a carpet that’s very plush and very comfortable. Um, you go up and there’s a big open upper home. So you have a very like a landing space that you still have the very high ceilings in. It’s a great place to, um, have like a, they’ve got a acute dresser and a mirror up here, um, just to make the space feel very open. It’s a very great common area for, um, an opening for all the bedrooms. Now, when you walk up the staircase, you’ll reach the landing. And as you turn, there’s another set of small staircase that leads up to the game room.

Um, and it’s a very large game room with vaulted ceilings. So it feels like a very large space and there’s three big windows in that game room so that it lets in a ton of natural light, it’s just a great area to entertain. So if you’re having friends over or you’ve got kids at home, the parents can host downstairs and entertain downstairs, and then the kids have their own space upstairs out of earshot of the parents. So as a New Home Builder in Edmond for us as we are, it is an option, awesome opportunity to display every option that we’ve gotten her home. So the cool thing about this house is it’s got flooring, wood flooring down in the first floor, a mix of carpet, wood, flooring, and tile that we can do. And upstairs we’ve got a lot of carpeting that is super plush, very, very comfortable, and just looks absolutely gorgeous and a great feature in the home.

This is just one color that we’ve got of many different colors, so we can go back down. Um, and before actually we leave the great room. There’s a door off the great room that actually leads out into the attic. And so you have a very, very large attic space and that you’re able to walk out into, to put a lot of storage in. Obviously you can put your Christmas, all that jazz, uh, or extra just games and stuff like that for the kids up there. And this is just one addict space out of the two that they’ve got to offer. So we can come back into the great room, go down the little staircase, back into the open up our hall area, the, the open area. And then we’ve got a bedroom number four and a bedroom number five upstairs. Cause remember we had three bedroom, two bath, excuse me, three bedroom, three bath with a study that was all downstairs.

And then upstairs, we’ve got, uh, a third bathroom and then a fourth bedroom bathroom. And the cool thing about the fourth bathroom is it is a tandem or like an attach or an en suite. So bedroom number five could be used as a guest bedroom with a bathroom attached and a nice, really large closet space for storage bathroom. Number three is centered in the upper hall. So if you have friends that are in the game room that needed to use the bathroom, but they don’t want to run downstairs, you’ve got that option. And then bedroom number four is very large and it’s got, um, awesome storage in there as well. And then if you go back into the upper hall, um, you can walk then into the media room. Now the media room is this gigantic room that can be used as another either game room.

If you prefer, or you can make it into a movie theater, um, you can use it as a sound booth. It’s a wonderful space to be able to use. That’s very like a blank slate. You can use it for more storage if that’s something you choose to do. But the cool thing from the media room is that it also has a door that leads out then to the other space in the addict. So this attic has a ton of storage space. It’s wonderful for, um, opening up this house. I know it’s a very large, beautiful 4,500 square foot home that, um, lots of is perfect for a large family. That’s needing a lot of space and then a lot of storage on top of that. So that’s a great thing about, um, one of our floor plans and in our model, we’ve got really gorgeous colors.

Um, I know that on the first floor, like I said, they’ve got gorgeous hardwood floors and it’s got a covered patio off the front. The cool thing about the covered patio is, um, it’s a great space to entertain as well. You’ve got three her garage and the garage inside, um, is huge, very tall ceilings, tons and tons of sport storage space. And the cool thing about this house is we build with tankless water heaters. So that’s a feature as a New Home Builder in Edmond in Edmond and Tulsa. We built, um, with tankless water heater. So that supplies, um, what a lot of people call like the endless hot water or the instant hot.

Now of course it does take one moment for the hot water to move from the water source through the hot water or the tank, uh, to be heat warmed up and then into your system. So it does take one moment to warm up, but the cool thing is once it’s on, um, it never stops. It gives you continuous hot water. It’s a great way so that you’re not sitting with the tank worrying. If you’re going to run out of water, especially for a home this size, you’ve got that. And, um, we use our Rinnai system. And so we’re the only builder in Edmond and HOSA in Oklahoma city that uses a tankless water heater in how we build our home. It’s just one more way that we are an efficient builder. We want to be the most efficient that we possibly can be with the options that you get in your home and how you build your home and then ask for the colors.

Um, obviously this is a beautiful floor plan. It’s got lots of square footage, lots of space, but the great thing is we really want you to customize your home to your liking. And so once you kind of figure out the floor plan that you like and the location that you like, we, um, we’ll go to contract on that and the structures, all of the, the location and the floor plan will be solidified. But the wonderful thing is you get the option to then change a few things and go into the design studio and pick out your colors, pick out your finishes, your fixtures, your option. It just makes it absolutely a gorgeous, gorgeous home. And that’s just one option we have as New Home Builder in Edmond , one way that you can make the Chelsea a home for you. So you can pick stuck on the exterior brick rock work, steamed beams, wider black windows, um, on the internal, you can do hardwood, tile, carpet.

Um, you can do stained cabinets. You can do painted cabinets. You can do 40 inch cabinets or 52 inch cabinets that go up to the ceiling and have a display cases at the top to put China or, you know, gorgeous features in your home. The master is a faulted and leaves so much room for space and same with the master closet and master bath. It’s, it’s all designed for luxury that’s. Our goal is, and any of our homes, whether you do our smaller homes or our larger homes, our goal ultimately is to create something for luxury. That’s what we want everybody to feel like when you’re in our home, that’s our ultimate goal. So that’s a great feature that we’ve got as an New Home Builder in Edmond and a Tulsa new home builder. Um, from there, I mean, Chuck picking out floor plans and picking out, um, locations and amenities are quite a simple thing. I mean, we want to make building your home quite easy, um, depending on location and, you know, people that you get the chance to use. We, we’ve got so many great team members

That have been hired on and have been trained specifically for new home construction. And so it’s quite wonderful. You’re going to have an amazing experience, no matter who you work with. And our design processes is very smooth and easy to work through. Our ultimate goal is to just make sure that everything is, it benefits you in the long run and that you get an absolutely gorgeous home, uh, with, with us as a builder from there, um, moving into your home, the best thing to do after that is to, uh, look through your warranty binder and just make sure that you’ve got everything, every bit of information, and you’ve got the context of the right people, so that if you ever need help with anything further, uh, we can help you and make sure to get your questions answered.
