We were off work yesterday. Uh, so I’m kind of trying to catch up. And, uh, these podcasts are what makes us the best Jenks home builder in Oklahoma. Um, and whenever I can provide you with a song, it, it makes me the best Jenks home builder in Oklahoma and shout homes, obviously, um, because I work for Shaw homes.

Who else is going to sing you a song to get you to go on a model home to her or to, uh, you know, something, something of that nature to, to build with us. No one else is putting that time of time and effort, um, into it and it sets us apart. And so, uh, I guarantee you, if you hear that song and you hear me play it, um, you will remember it. You will remember me. You will remember Shaw homes. And so that’s why we do things like that. So, um, why do we go on a model home tour? That’s the first thing that the song kind of talks about? This means that you are meeting me at a model home, you’re driving your own car and you get to see, and you get to walk through our floor plans and not have to worry about just looking at a piece of paper and making a huge decision on such a small piece of paper. I don’t know about you, but whenever I see a piece of paper and some in some lines on it, you

Can’t really imagine what that home looks like until you’re actually in it. We have more model homes that are fully furnished and fully decorated than any other home builder in Oklahoma. This also makes us the best Jenks home builder in Oklahoma. We go from model home to model home and, uh, we have like 12 model homes right now, but I personalize each model home tour to, uh, to the client that I’m actually taking on the model home tour. So we won’t see all 12. Uh, we’ll see anywhere between six and seven, and that’s usually enough to help you make a decision on, on what it is that you want to build with us. Now I’ve taken people on model home tours who find out there they’re not going to build with us. And that’s okay. The model home tour is fantastic because you are in a way seeing what my wife likes to do is, is Pinterest.

And so you’re basically ultimately, uh, seeing Pinterest in real life, whenever you’re going through each of our model homes and this model home tour, remember it makes us the best Jenks home builder in Oklahoma. And so when you’re done with the model home tour, we set you aside and we, we, uh, talk about which ones you like, which ones you didn’t like, what you liked about it. And personally, I have a model home tour checklist that, um, basically I keep notes for each home, the things that you tell me, and then that helps us narrow it down to the home that you like. I’ll keep in mind. This model home tour might get you to realize that, well, maybe Shaw homes isn’t the best for you, but that’s exactly why we do it. We, we want to give you all the information so that you can decide for yourself.

And if you decide to build with someone else, that’s fine. We’re glad that we were able to meet with you. And, and, and just to have the chance to, um, have that impact and, and, and meet you and your family and build a relationship because hopefully whenever you build your next home, you’ll remember our model home tour and you’ll want to come build with us. Um, cause we have people all the time who take the model home to her and then, uh, decide, well, you know, I don’t want to wait to build, I want, I want to live in a and I want to move into a home. And so they go, um, they go buy a used home, a home that’s already built and decide to maybe make changes to that specific home, but keep in mind that, uh, whenever you can build your home, it does take six months to build, but you’re getting everything new.

So, you know, you don’t have to worry about fingernails and toenails in the carpet, or, um, what happened in this room? What happens in that room? Did someone die in my house? Did you don’t have to worry about that with a new home, with, uh, with, uh, especially with a sharp home, every single thing in that home is brand new. If you walk through one of our homes that have recently been built, it has that new home smell. It’s kind of like a new car smell. That’s something that you you’ll always remember and, and, uh, sets it apart. Um, if you’re buying a used home, then that’s exactly what you’re getting is a used home. It’s been lived in, it’s been, uh, you know, uh, you know, dog may have thrown up on the carpet over here, but they cleaned it up. They cleaned it out and the stains not there, but it’s still you’re living in someone else’s mess as what essentially is happening.
