Heritage Series | How to Know Which Series Is Right for You

Shaw Holmes has so many different options that you have the choice to put in and add into your home. But the great thing is we’ve got a huge list of features that are already come included in our homes. Today. We can go over all of those and in our heritage series. So in our homes are a little bit larger, so closer to the three 50 and above price point. Um, and around 2020 500 square feet and above. So we’ve got options of single story, two story, three, four, or five bedroom, two, three, or four, and even five bathroom. We’ve got such a variety that there’s always going to have something that works best for you. So with our Heritage Series heritage size of homes and the features that we’ve got in our homes, um, as a new homes, new home builder and Edmond, and, uh, building new homes in Edmond was that so many different options that fit right within everybody’s everybody’s budget. And this is an option that you guys get the chance to walk through and look through as well. So we’ll start off kind of at the first page, we’ve got three days, three full pages of interiors that are doing interiors, exteriors, um, your grass, your front and backyard land, stuff like that, that we’ll have options that are included in your home, in the price of the home and how we build them. So for our exteriors, we use king-sized Meridian, Meridian brick on all four sides. That’s what comes included.

So we’ve got outdoor living with 200, 120 square feet of covered patios on all of our Heritage Series homes. Obviously this will vary per plan, but it’s going to be at least the 220 square feet of covered patio. We’ve got from foundations with engineered post-tension slabs pulled to 32,000 pounds of tension. This means that your foundation isn’t going anywhere. So if you ever had any land that gives way under or lucky, no, just as the dust settles after your home has been complete, nothing’s going to happen with your foundation. It will never cave. It will never give away. It’s absolutely amazing. So we also use low E argon filled vinyl tent, energy star windows with a divided light on the front and clear view on the sides and back the color choices that are included are white, tan and claim, and that’s per plan as well. And we added a new addition to our included features.

We’ve got fixed glass windows and the great room in the nook. So this basically means you’re going to have huge, gorgeous windows that are going to be, um, have no obstruction in them. No, um, median or little, a framing that’s around it. It’s going to be completely glass, absolutely gorgeous. And, um, energy star V uh, low E argon filled. So that means that it’s going to keep your house cold in the summertime, keep your house warm in the winter time. It’s going to be amazing for energy efficiency. Um, we’ve got Antony steamless, uh, aluminum, guttering and downspouts on the front of the home that comes included in the Heritage Series . Our framing is two by fours and they run 16 inches on the center, interior and exterior wall. We’ve got DuPont DuPont Tyvec house wrap for moisture vapor protection. We’ve got LP, smart siding per plan, just depending on which plan in which location cause most of the time that can be covenant driven.

Our two story homes use LPs, um, moisture resistant sub floors on top of LP engineered no squeak floor Joyce. So it’s going to make for Austin entertaining spaces for your kids upstairs or for you upstairs. And it’s not going to make noise whenever they run around, play around, have some fun and make noise. You’re not going to hear it very well and it’s not going to be squeaky at all. We’ve got a 30 year warranty on our architectural style shingles designer or masonry mailbox system, mastic, community covenants, and design. We’ve got paint on all of our exterior siding, soffit, facia, and trim. You get a co a color choice, insulated fiberglass entry doors with a continuous weather strip protection back patio, fiberglass door with full view glass. So just again, we’re going to give you an energy efficient home that is going to go above and beyond just saving you money and giving you gorgeous features and luxurious features in your home.

We’ve got Westlock front door entry set, including the deadbolt. You get a choice of black satin nickel or oil, oil rubbed, bronze colors. This is a new addition. We’ve recently added a video doorbell. This is so awesome for people who are security minded, and they want to make sure like, if you’ve got packages or people coming and you can’t always, and you don’t want to always walk up to your front door to see who’s there. You can check it from your phone. If you’re in your living room, in your bedroom, in the kitchen, wherever you are out, you know, away from the front, we’ve got primed in Boston, a 16 foot garage doors. We’ve got a quarter acre home sites that will be fully salted, both the front and the rear yard. So like oversize and acreage requires, uh, extra sauce to be added. But we’re for a quarter acre.

I mean, we’re going to take care of you. And that’s a large Homesite for over homes. You’re going to get a landscaping allowance for shrubs, trees, and flowers, mulch, and green iron edging included, or as just per covenants required in our committees. You’re going to get two frost-free hose, bibs, three waterproof GFCI receptacles. So these are outside electric, half power garage door opener included for the two car bay. So you’re not going to have to worry about that. If you want to add it in for the third car, you absolutely can for plans that include three car garage pre-wire for coach lamps on all three bays are included fixtures come out of the lighting allowance though. So you’ll get the wiring for everything. And then you’ll have a lighting allowance as well that you get the chance to choose from.

So for the laundry room, we’ll move inside. Now we’ve got a custom made solid stain grade grade Alder, or paint grade 30 inch upper cabinets and rod in his shell for him laundry, also a lower cabinet with two centimeter, granite or quartz countertop per plan, your choice of shaker farmhouse or race panel door styles. And it comes with hidden hinges and crown molding, all cabinets per plan, all cabinets are per plan. So you’ll just have to figure out what floor plan you like best. And we can go over the cabinets that come included in the laundry and the wall washer box of the hot and cold water supply and drain line you’ll be having. And then a, uh, electric dryer connection, which will be 220 volt. So we’ve got our mechanicals that are just top-notch. We’ve got the Lennox 96 high Lennox, 96% high efficiency, gas, vernix furnace, the Lennox, 16 seer, high efficiency, cooling equipment.

We’ve added a new thing or smart touch thermostat. And then another addition, we build our homes, a tankless water heaters now. So that’s an amazing feature that we’ve recently changed an offer. Um, as an ed, the new home builder, we also offer a 200 amp electrical service techs, freeze resistant plumbing lines. We’ll move next into our custom gourmet kitchens. Absolutely gorgeous. We’ve got built-in stainless steel appliances with oven microwave cabinet that features cookie sheet dividers and pots and pans drawers. We’ve got a Whirlpool 30 inch built-in oven with a light clock and timer, and we’ll have a wool Whirlpool dishwasher, built-in microwave and 30 inch gas cooktop with a gas line connected. You’ll get accustomed hood vent above the cooktop on your choice of two styles, two door three or three panel smooth. So you’ll have high capacity food dispo Bozel task area lighting with recess lights in the kitchen and Knuck. So that’ll be per plan, a new edition custom-made solid green stain Alder or paint grade cabinets for 42 inch uppers. You get the choice of shaker farmhouse or raised panel door styles. It comes with hidden hinges and crown molding. You get the choice of one paint or one stain color through your home.

After that, moving on in the kitchen, you get the two centimeter with the Heritage Series , granite or quartz countertops with your choice of flat pencil at your half nose, you get full tile backsplash. You get new refrigerator cabinet with side panels. This of course will be pre-planned. You’ll get a water line to the ice maker, a stainless steel under mountain double bowl sink, multiple choices of Delta faucets with your choice of inition bronze Arctic stainless for

Finish. That does it for at least, uh, the first page of our included features for a heritage line as an Edmund new home builder and new homes in Edmond, we want to make sure that we’re offering the best and the most amazing and the most efficient for all of our clinic clients and customers.
