That show homes, we build custom homes and broken arrow. We have some beautiful neighborhoods in broken Arrow to choose from with our wonderful Ashbrook, um, that is out east with large lots. Our ashbrook has a really nice big home sites that can, um, help you have plenty of room for the Kiddos to play. Maybe put a pool in the backyard in our ashbrook. The homes actually only start in the mid 200, so the home sites themselves cost a little bit less money so you could put more money in the home. And in the city of the home, um, the homes in ashbrook range in size from 1,802 square feet to 3,712 square feet. So Edmond New Homes ashbrook is a great a family friendly neighborhood and one that allows you to have a ton of room on either side of you. Um, as a custom homes builder in broken Arrow, we also offer Brighton village in Brighton village is located at 121st street south.

Basically just ease just west of county line road. You exit right off the creek turnpike and you are their Brighton village. Has homes that start in the low two hundreds and they range in square foot from 1,802 to 3,712. Brighton village has a beautiful swimming pool and a little clubhouse area that is a very family friendly neighborhood with broken Arrow schools. And it sounds a custom home builder in broken Arrow. We also offer, Edmond New Homes, in addition to Brighton village, we also offer highland creek. Highland Creek is a beautiful neighborhood with homes starting in the low two hundreds with a square foot range of 1,802 to 3,262 square feet. Highland creek is a great neighborhood for families as it’s got lots of toys for families, so it’s got a playground area, a very large pond area. And Volleyball, not area, just lots of room to run and play. And the reserves there at Highland Creek.

I’m also as a custom homes builder. Broken Arrow. We offer homes in Forest Ridge. We’d love Forest Ridge. I always say I live in, in Florida, storage’s collect limited Disney world. It is so meticulously maintained and such a beautiful, magical place to live with. It’s own spa, its own, um, well tennis courts, there are six of them to be exact and Olympic size pool with a water park type feel to it. Um, it had really, really has a resort type quality living there at forest ridge. You can go in and take different aerobics classes or lift weights or get a massage there at the resort. There’s also a b stroke where you could get a hamburger if you want to take that out to the pool or, Edmond New Homes, maybe grab a smoothie after a long, hard workout. And then enforced ridge. We’ve got homes in the highlands at Forest Ridge starting in the mid to hundreds, a ranging in square feet from 1,802 to 3,712.

One of the homes I’ve built several times in Forest Ridge in the highlands is our, Wyndham, our, Wyndham floorplan was actually born from our monroe floor plan. You’ll see a lot of similarities. Um, the Wyndham one is only 2,224 square feet and I just think it’s a great flexible flat plan that will accommodate a lot of families, either a single mom or dad or perhaps someone who’s a couple who’s downsized who don’t want the big, big house anymore. When the, in the Wyndham, when you walk in off the large front porch into the entryway, there is a room to the left that can be a formal dining room or it could be a study or a flex room for you. It has a large vaulted ceiling. I’m at twelfth at five inches by 11 foot three inches. Edmond New Homes there is a walk through from that room into the pantry area, Butler’s Pantry area of the kitchen.

So this, a floorplan truly does have a Butler’s Pantry area. Um, so that’s just extra cabinets, uppers and lowers and extra counterspace, which is so nice to have a custom homes in broken arrow. We like to offer a large kitchen. This kitchen certainly accommodates that with a nearly 10 foot long island and the island has this sink in it and the dishwasher. And then directly behind the Wyndham island is the counters with the cooktops and the upper and lower cabinets there, the ceiling in the kitchen and the nook is vaulted up to a nine foot ceiling. The nook and the great room overlook a huge covered patio. This patio is 26 feet three inches by eight feet, one inches. So when you’re standing in front of the island looking at the patio, you’ve got one, two, three, four, five windows and a glass door. Great for entertaining families or just chilling on the back patio. The great room has a corner fireplace that can be finished out a number of different ways. And the great room is 16 feet three inches by 24 feet, 11 inches. Now in the great room, there are little hallways on either side of basically what I will call the TV wall. So closest to the fireplace, the little hallway leads to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is 21 seven by 13. Five has a nice sitting area in the master. And Edmond New Homes, it is trade up to a 10 foot ceiling since we build custom homes and broken Arrow and that’s what our buyers have told us that they want. So we try our master bedroom ceilings up to 10 feet from the master bedroom. You walk into a large master bathroom with a long vanity with double sinks in it for his and hers.

And then next to the sinks is a large six foot soaker tub with a large window above it. Then you step on just a little bit farther past the tub and it has a private shower, which I happen to love. It’s 42 by 48 inch shower and directly across from the shower is a linen closet, which is great. It makes sense. Your towels are right there, Edmond New Homes it’s awesome. And then a very, very private toilet closet also in the master from the master bathroom, you walk into a large master closet and the master closet. From there you walk into a laundry room and this is a big laundry room with the Washer and dryer in the middle. And then a cabinet space on either side of the Washer and dryer. So it’s huge as a custom homes in broken Arrow, our buyers keep telling us that they liked those laundry rooms that walked through to the master closet and the master bathroom.

So the Wyndham is one that accommodates that for you. So when you’re coming in from the garage, the three car garage, you step into a med bench utility area, then there’s a rear closet and then right across the hall, um, his bathroom number two, four bedroom number two bedroom three. And then you’re stepping right into that laundry master closet master bath. Edmond New Homes, so again, that shedding zone, you’re kicking off your shoes right there. And your master closet, uh, the Wyndham can also be customized to several different ways since we build custom homes and broken Arrow, the Wyndham can be a one I at 3,562 square feet. So we take that to a two story with a very, very large game room with windows overlooking the back yard, bedrooms number three and four. And even a bonus room, which is a great, huge size room. So it could be a theater room, it could be a quilting room, it could be a craft room, whatever you need. So the Wyndham can go.
