Edmond New Homes | Open Floor Plans

Hi, this is Megan Malin with Shaw homes. And today I’m going to be talking about Edmond new homes in twin silos. Twin silos is a new community located off of a hundred and 50th in council, near the Turner turnpike and also near pay comms. So it’s a great location with easy access to the turnpike. And it’s also in award-winning deer Creek schools. So today, specifically, we’re going to talk about Edmond new homes in twin silos, the Jasmine floor plan. So here at Shaw homes, the Jasmine is one of our favorite floor plans. So I’m just going to kind of describe how this floor plan is set out. When you walk in the entry is beautiful. It definitely has a grand entry and has a perfect place to put an entry table. So when friends come to visit, you can drop, they can drop their keys, put their jacket. When you walk in, you can take a left and have access to all the secondary bedrooms. The fourth bedroom can be another bedroom, or it could also be a flex area in the great room. It is beautiful with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light coming in, which makes the rooms look even grander than what they are.

The kitchen is open, so it has a very grand open floor planned and the nook is large. So you don’t have to have a formal dining room and a nook. You can just have the one and not waste square footage. The covered patio is pointing big, so you can set outside and watch your kids play, but you do also have the option to enlarge the patio. So you can have a little bit more concrete in your backyard. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a little Knuck where you could put a desk or we have it set up where you could use it as a reading nook in the master bedroom. There is also a built in bookshelf where you could put schlop, you know, different knickknacks or you could set a TV on it. But again, the bedroom has lots of natural lighting.

Admin, new home has a beautiful master bath in your Edmond new homes, and there’s several different ways that you can do it. You can do it as a freestanding tub and shower, or you can do it as an all-in-one combo, or you can just do it as one large shower, the options up to you. So it just kind of depends what you are looking for. One thing that is really great about this floor plan is that the master closet is attached to the master bedroom. And then it’s also connected to the laundry room. This makes it really nice. So makes laundry a little bit easier, but it also connects to where the other three bedrooms are. So you can have easy access to your kids. This floor plan, the Jasmine new home construction Edmond has a large secondary bathroom. So plenty of room for the kids to get ready. I wanted to skip back to the kitchen.

The kitchen has beautiful stainless steel appliances, gas stove built in microwave and is really the perfect admin new home. So today we did talk about the Jasmine floor plan. This is a two car garage, but it does have the tandem area. You have the option to add on a third car garage, if you would like. So one of the new things I also wanted to talk about is new included features that we’re offering here at Shaw homes. So one of the things that we are offering on all of our new builds is a tankless water heater. It is predetermined the size, so it will be perfect for your home based on the amount of bathrooms that you have. It’s instant water, hot water in we’ll make life just a little bit easier. Another thing that we are offering in Edmond, new homes is we’re also including a doorbell that has a video on it. This you’ll be able when somebody rings the doorbell, it will alert you on your smartphone. So you can be notified. Who’s their

So you’ll be able to also control the thermostat from your smartphone, admin, new home construction. We also offer quite a few included features. So some of those things that I would like to talk about today is the exquisite exterior features our Edmond new homes come with king size Meridian brake brake wainscotting on all four sides. This of course varies per plan. All of our floor plans have outdoor living with a covered patio. The size just depends on what plan that you’re looking at. We also have three weatherproof GFI receptacles in two frost-free house bibs. I wanted to come back to the neighborhood that I currently sit in called twin silos. It’s off of one 50th in council here in Edmond in deer Creek schools, Edmond new homes here in twin silos has several amenities. We have a swimming pool, a workout facility, parks, walking trails, and really just a great place to raise your family and new home construction Shaw homes.
