Community that we would love to talk about is gonna be, um, spring, the reserve at Spring Creek. Now this is going to be in a south broken Arrow community located on 121st right in between a hundred and 45th and 129th. Um, it’s right on top of the Little Hill and we actually have one home site before we’re sold out completely in that community. Edmond New Homes Oklahoma we have a model home that we’ve had listed for sale for a little while. So we’re ready to move. That thing is 30 6:52 square feet. It’s got three bedrooms, a game room in a study downstairs. The downstairs square footage is around 2100 square feet upstairs. We have two massive game rooms, two more bedrooms and a third full bath up. It’s got heated and air conditioned garage and we have it listed at 369,000. So it is definitely priced to move on the first home site as you pull in the community.

So there’s just um, you just can’t beat it too. Great. Homesite great community and come check it out. So the reserve at Spring Hill farms, it does have a small community pool because the community is literally one street in one called a sack. It’s not, it’s not a big community. You’ll have a full sprinkler system, full guttering, three centimeter granted or courts in the kitchen and on the island you’ll have extra landscaping in the yard.

And of course our model for sale, it has probably tripled the landscaping we would normally do in there. You’ll have a tiled shower in the master suite bathroom and um, and there’s just, there’s a lot to choose from. Now the homes in there, since we have one home site, you can get in that community around to eighties with a homesite included in the home site.

We have backs up to a temporary greenbelt and it’s beautiful. It’s got pine trees and a lot to offer even googling custom homes, broken Arrow, you’re going to find that shaw homes has the most communities to choose from out of 26 communities. Most of our communities are actually located in the broken area area. So, uh, we talked a little bit about the reserve at Spring Creek, which I just loved that community. It’s just a great community. It’s close by everything. It’s just a nice high end community. And then if you just go a little bit further on 121st and um, and you see if you want to be in a central broken Arrow and you go and you want to be close to the broken Arrow high school or the broken Arrow, a Ba expressway, we have a community that we build in cold stone would crossing now stone would crossing, if you’ve been googling custom homes, Edmond New Homes Oklahoma, you’re going to see in stone would crossing several things.

Uh, one of the things in stone would crossing as you’re close by, everything sets right behind St John’s hospital. So it’s on elm in 61st street. And in that community you can get in there for around 240,000 on up. That’ll give you 1800 square feet today with a lot included. And you still have our current February 2018, $15,000 incentive anyway, you want to use it. So if you’ve been looking for custom homes, broken Arrow, you’ll definitely want to check out stone would crossing now stone with crossing the Hoa dues are pretty small. They’re actually only about $220 a year and that pays for all the reserve areas and you are about literally a couple of blocks if that to the Edmond New Homes Oklahoma expressway. And like I said, you’re close to the hospital so that makes it Kinda nice too. But um, that’s just a great location for someone that wants to be in that area and have quick access just to jump on the creek turnpike and head on out or the broken heart expressway and head on out.

And if you need a hospital nearby, maybe you have a loved one that has some health issues or you just want to be close by a hospital, you are right next door to St John’s hospital. So it’s really nice and convenient. Now, if you’ve been googling custom homes, broken Arrow, and you check out stone would crossing, that neighborhood is established, it’s been there for quite a while and they’re down to about seven home before that community is sold out. Um, I just have always loved that area and we have a lot of demand for the area. So those, Edmond New Homes Oklahoma those, uh, home sites that we have available today probably won’t be there six months from now. It’ll be sold out, we have a lot of requests for that area and there’s just not much to choose from. Um, and then we have a lot of new areas that are up and coming.

Uh, one of our other neighborhoods is a Manchester community that’s located on 51st and it’s between county line road, Edmond New Homes Oklahoma which is 193rd and 290 avenue. Now this community is going to, is called Silverleaf. It’s a brand new community. We’ve already been moving probably over 30 home sites have been sold in it. They’re about to release a second phase of it, but great community. We will build a community swimming pool that’ll be done next summer, next spring. And it will have a community park so it’ll have low wagner accounting taxes and the broken Arrow schools. So you just get a lot of bang for your buck, but if you’re looking to be in that community or be around that area, that is just going to be okay. Really, really Edmond New Homes Oklahoma good one for you.
