And so we start out with a model home tour. We’ll take you to different sites, maybe five to seven furnished and decorated homes. You’re a, there’s no pricing and no pressure. Just information. It generally takes about 60 minutes. Uh, we’re focused on function. There’s something forever, everyone, three or four bedrooms, one or two stories. Um, after we do the model home tour, then we will talk to you about financing. Uh, we have closing costs,

Matching conventional loans, FHA loans, VA loans, native American loans. Uh, we will have monthly payment quotes for Edmond new homes by Shaw homes. Mortgage approval will be, do contingency or delay of build and congratulations for signing a purchase agreement.
