Edmond New Homes | Getting You Where You Need To Go

As a big speed home builder here at Shaw homes, we, um, we’ve been in the business for 35 plus years, so we kind of have our deal down. We know which neighborhoods are going to be the most convenient for our clients to live in, convenient for travel and work and fun and necessities like groceries and I’m in the big ski area. We have a number that are, we have several neighborhoods that are close to the intersection of 121st and Sheridan, which is right across the street from bixby, north elementary. And I’m close to all the amenities that south memorial and big we have to offer as well as a quick access to the creek turnpike that will get you anywhere in town. Edmond New Homes You need to be in a very short order. I mean, honestly, I can’t think of a place in this whole town that I can’t get to in at least in 30 minutes or less.

And that’s going from one side to the other because our highway system is so is so nice. Um, in addition to a estates at the river and Yorktown and Somerset. Quail Creek is located off of on the south side of 121st street, about halfway between memorial and shared and so almost directly across the street from a big speed north elementary. So it’s a great location. Like I said, easy access to everything kiddos could walk to school if you chose. There’s a path, a jogging, biking, hiking trail path that runs right behind quail creek that leads across the street to the school. And um, we are building a single story, monroe in Quail Creek. I’m m one. The master bedroom is so nice because it’s quite large and it can accommodate not only a king size bed but large, Edmond New Homes, and tables nightstands on either side of the bed as well as two other walls to put furniture on. And then, um, additionally it has a bumped out sitting area off the master suite that just stays pretty all the time and it’s a great place for you to curl up and read a book, um, or you know, whatever.

And that’s what this one was designed to give you because there’s only one door in some of our floor plans. There’s actually two, two ways to get it in. You can get in through the utility room, master bathroom, or you can get in through the door of the master. Well, this one just has one entrance point into the master bedroom.
