Okay, well in today’s recording, Oh my shelf hang out. That’s a village of Southern trails in Broken Arrow Home Builders Shaw homes model. I was watching the lawn mower mow the grass. It was getting a really a little bit tall. I was afraid they were going to flip a rock into my car. That was discouraging. They’ve made a nice mess across the driveway. I’m hoping that they get out the blower and blow off the grass and preferably don’t blow it all onto my car. I told them trails and Broken Arrow Home Builders Shaw homes. So nice overcast day. It’s been raining. The inpatients are looking splendid in the front yard. The park is nicely maintained, maintained. You can’t see the pool from where I’m at, but I’m sure it’s beautiful. At the village there’s Southern trails in broken arrow, Wishaw homes.
It was cold in the model. The air conditioning’s working nicely. The a color of the, the Helms theme is a, we call it a a great age or I call it grayish cause it’s not really gray and it’s not really beige, so it’s grayish. So in the house it ties nicely with [inaudible]. The gray colors and beige colors are great colors. Flooring all matches and has some golden bronze fixtures. Nice big back patio, which I would be out sitting on. However they’re mowing the yard and in the village, just Southern trails in Broken Arrow Home Builders, Shaw homes. So I was forced to go out on the front porch to D ice from freezing inside after we go through the front door into the lovely dining area, which you could use as a study because there’s plenty of room in there to put your desk and nice little couch and you set up your computers, see him, look outside at the people mowing the yard loudly and throwing grass all over the street in my car, which hopefully they’ll clean up at some point.
Then from the dawning, you move into the, uh, the living area, which in this particular house has the tile floors that look like hardwood floors, which is nice if you have large dogs or any dogs that like to pee in the house or you know, have that random explosive diarrhea that, um, makes a huge class. You definitely don’t want that on carpeted floors. So, you know, putting that, putting that tile or hardwood in definitely helps with, you know, people with animals and that, that tile is just, it’s splendid, easy cleanup, you know, for the doggie explosive diarrhea or tinkling or maybe a new puppy or I don’t know, another animal of sorts, but just easy cleanup to have the tile that looks like hardwoods in the living room of this house. It does flow into the kitchen of this house and the nook and the hallways. All of the tile that looks like hardwood. It’s good stuff. Very durable. And then a nice big open living area in this house with a corner fireplace in the villages, Southern trails, Broken Arrow Home Builders, Shaw homes. So you know, in the bedroom on this particular model we have the carpet shown, so hopefully the dog doesn’t get explosive diarrhea in the bedroom. But um, but there is a nice little seating area in the master bedroom

in that seating area. Um, you could very well put your treadmill, you know, because then you would have room to hang your extra laundry on that treadmill. You know, treadmills make for a nice rack to hang extra clothes on since a, the majority of the population doesn’t really actually use her treadmills. Um, you know, chicken place to store extra things, you know, spin the $500 on the treadmill and let it sit in corner nicely to give the impression that you might actually get off your bike and go run or walk when the actual truth is you’re just going to hang your laundry on it. So that room has a nice little bump out future for that. Or maybe
the dog beds. You know, I just keep in mind that you might want to put tile in that bedroom just in case of doggy explosive diarrhea.

the mowers are quite intense today at the village, at Southern trails, SHA homes in Broken Arrow Home Builders, I had to change locations because of the loudness of the mowers. But onto the next room, master bathroom, you know, we do have split vanities. So, you know, that gives lots of room for you to play out all your makeup,

drugs, Madison toothbrushes, toothpaste, contacts,
um,
you know, makeup remover, wipes, nasal sprays. Um, you know, whatever you need to put on your cabinet, feminine hygiene products, you know, Pepto-Bismol, Rolaids, you know, whatever you like to put out on your cabinet. This model definitely gives more than enough space. We’re not only the woman can lay out all of her female products and age cream and lotions and perfumes and wipes and whatnot, but the man has his own section where he can put all of his electric nose tremors, you know, nose wax, whatever the guy wants. Um, including, you know, shaving products or beard grooming products or whatever it may be. He’s got plenty of space for his products and she has plenty of space for her products, you know, so lots of room for everybody. And then the nice corner bathtub that, uh, you know, your, well, I’d be more than happy to let you just climb in the tub at villages, Southern trails by Shaw Holmes from Broken Arrow Home Builders and just, you know, make sure that you fit in it because it is a corner tub and there is more than enough room for, you know, a couple, three people of small size to fit in the tub.
Um, but you know, make sure you hop in, test it out and um, didn’t from there they, you can walk straight from the bathroom into the closet, which is ideal, you know, for people that you know, don’t like to take that extra 10 steps to their closet when leaving the bathroom. This is all together. So you know, this is low maintenance since you’re not using the treadmill, you know, this is going to save some steps by just walking from the bathroom right into the closet. So, um, you know, it’s a nice easy feature and then you can, you know, step right from that closet into the laundry room. So you know, that way you’re not really adding up a bunch of steps for the day.
