Broken Arrow Home Builders | When You Are Looking Around?

Hey guys, Catherine here with SHA homes. With your weekly podcast, we’re going to be talking about Broken Arrow Home Builders Oklahoma. I thought today I would just walk you guys through one of our models that is available to build as a new home and broken arrow. We are currently going to walk through the Monro one eye. Now this is one of our largest floor plans and what’s great about this one is that it can be built 15 different ways. So with that in mind, why wouldn’t you want to build one of these new homes in broken arrow? If you can build it 15 different ways, just in this one floor plan alone, you have an option that would basically work for any family or individual or couple or whoever happens to be living there.

A great place to build would be the community of broken arrow. There are new homes and broken arrow going up all over the place. There’s lots of land out here, lots of space, and we’re in the building business. So come see us for a new home in broken arrow. All right, so back to the Monroe. One L I’m sorry, one I, so when you first walk in, you’re going to walk in and the entrance is very, very gray and I believe the ceilings are 18 or 19 feet. When you walk into the entryway, Broken Arrow Home Builders are all built different, but this one happens to be a one of the, I feel fancier or higher end ones and immediately to your left you are going to have your formal dining room. A lot of people are trying to get away from a formal dining room, but I’ve noticed with a lot of customers that I’ve talked to lately, they’re still wanting a formal dining room.

New homes in broken arrow are often equipped with these because it is a family city. A lot of people entertain here because there’s not much else to do. So family dinners are really popular as well as hosting holidays at your new home in broken arrow. So in the formal dining room you have a large double window that looks out to the front of the house and you have room for a rather large table. The one in here right now seats approximately could see six to eight. However, there is room for a larger table. I feel you could at least seat 10, maybe even 12 people in here depending on the size of the chairs. So back over here to the right. Um, right off the entrance, directly across from the formal dining room, you are going to have your study. Now a lot of new homes and broken arrow are, are coming with a steady, um, or as some call it an office.

I’ve noticed a lot of people who own a Broken Arrow Home Builders are working from home and so they need that home office. This particular one has French doors so it can be closed off. You have plenty of space in here for a desk, a chair, actually several chairs, several shelves. It could be used for a number of different professions who work from home. Uh, this also has a window that faces front and is letting in a lot of natural light, which can be important when you work from home because of the fact that you’re probably going to be doing a lot of paperwork and you’ll have a lot of unnatural light looking at your computer screen and any Lance you might have in here. So it’s just a nice way to be able to see outside and have a different perspective to get you throughout the day.

All right, so our next place that we’re going to go to is when you come out of the office, you’re still in the entryway. Immediately to the right, you’re going to have your staircase, which takes you upstairs. However, for this particular new home in broken arrow, I’m going to finish the downstairs first. Alright, continuing past the staircase, this is an open floor plan to your left, you have a very large kitchen. It’s got a rather long Island. It’s actually just large. Either way that you look at it with a granite top that’s very elegant. You have room for probably four barstools, maybe even five. Um, if they were smaller, like for children. Um, I feel like you could sit four comfortably here. Five. Like I said, if there were small children, one thing that new homes and broken arrow, uh, that everybody is looking for in their Broken Arrow Home Builders is going to be a large pantry.

This particular floor plan doesn’t have a huge pantry, but it is large enough. It’s about the size of your basic walk in closet, plenty of room to store your food and even some appliances. It’s got one, two, three, four, five shelves plus things that you can store on the floor. Uh, this particular floor plan in this Broken Arrow Home Builders also has the cabinets that have the glass top with the shelf so that you can display any fancy dishes that you have. This new home in broken arrow also has a vaulted ceiling with beams across it. So it gives it kind of a rustic look. This one also has the two pendant lights over the bar. This particular one, the, uh, the pendant lights have a wood accent that matches the beam. So, like I said, it gives it a little bit of a rustic look if that’s what you’re going for.

These are wood colored, it’s just the natural wood. However, I do believe that they could be painted continuing on through the kitchen. You’re gonna obviously have your gas stove. This one has five burners, very large, plenty of room to do lots of cooking. And then your oven and your microwave are going to be on the back wall. You’re saying kids on the Island as well as your dishwasher. Mitch gives you a little bit of extra counter space, not having it on the same counter as your stove. Continuing on through the kitchen, you are going to have your uh, nook. Um, or just the or what’s considered, um, just a smaller dining room right off the kitchen. A lot of new homes on broken arrow, like I said, are getting away from a formal dining and just having a Knuck. This one in particular though has both continuing on into the living room, which I said this is an open floor plan.

So you’ve got your large Archway over the kitchen and into the living room. And this particular Broken Arrow Home Builders has three large windows on the back wall to let in a lot of natural light. It also has the block door next to it as well as two more windows right there in the nook so that you get plenty of light and your new home in broken arrow. We have a gas fireplace, which is uh, it works by a switch and it’s a no vent fireplace. Um, it’s, it’s like I said gas so you don’t have to worry about carrying and firewood and I believe it’s a little bit safer. This particular floor plan and the Monroe one eye has the largest great room and right off of the great room to your right, you’re gonna have your master suite and this small hallway there is a storage closet.

And then heading into the master suite. This one is particularly large. There’s plenty of room for a King size bed, a dresser, a Hutch, two nightstands. And then this one also has a little bump out which extends your master bedroom. It also has windows on two sides which give you a great view of the other new homes in broken arrow. Now this little bump out would be perfect for a crib if you had a baby that you didn’t want to leave in a nursery or I’ve seen a lot of people who make that their a little dog bed area. A lot of people, their dogs are babies and this particular new home in broken arrow would be great for that. I am going to continue with the master bath and then we’ll head to the rest of the downstairs bedrooms and upstairs on the next episode of my podcast.
