Broken Arrow Home Builders | The Home Is Brand New?

Today here at seven Oaks South. I’m in the Greenville and I’m walking through a brand new Broken Arrow Home Builders. As we walk into the entryway, we can see how grand the room is. Have a nice entryway with wood floors as well as a nice dining room table in that area. You can put some chairs at table, maybe a place to read. On the right hand son, we have the staircase, which on the single story version can be turned into a large closet if we keep going. Who will see the kitchen with an extremely long Island, has a refrigerator, some appliances, lots of kitchen space as well as a nice pantry with a whole bunch of different types of boxes. The tile is beige and the cabinets are a stained wood. This has a microwave and a oven. Inside the nook area, there’s a table with a centerpiece with some fake plants, nice paintings on the wall and a large window in the breakfast nook.

There’s two pendulum lights in the kitchen with recess lighting in both the kitchen and the nook. Inside the living room, we have some carpet with a couch. In a sort of different items for decoration. We have a three paneled window with casing and a header on the fireplace. We have her, we have mantle. We have um, some stone placement all the way to the ceiling and some other assorted paintings and a candle and Ottoman going into the master bedroom. We have a queen size bed. We have other furnitures, some blinds. There’s three windows in the room that are clean with some other blinds. There’s a wasp on the floor or try, I have killed other assorted spiders on the exterior of the window. This color is beige in the of the room and the master bedroom. You can see the, where there could be a door at.

This was a Greenville too. That would lead to two extra rooms, a study and an exercise room where it could be purchased or purposed however you’d like. Inside the master bath, we have a shower and a bath tub, a large window, some recess lightings, one of the largest new broken Euro homes and vanity with a large window that is cased in beautiful lights, very high ceilings. There’s also a toilet in the shower, but it doesn’t have a head knocker above. It has two candles. There’s a large area for towels or linen closet and connected to that we have the master bedroom closet that has lots of a space for hanging your clothes, lights and another window. It has a seasonal closet, so it’s going to have with the purchase of your home, the choice of either a Shepard took or a hydraulic pull down.

We have some necklaces and other sort of items in the room to show what it would look like if you lived here.

Now onto the laundry room where we have nice granite counter tops. We have extra cabinet space as well as a mud room. There’s marble countertops, there’s hookups for a washer and dryer with both hot and cold water with tile floors and a door to the garage and the garage. We have a three car garage, new Broken Arrow Home Builders where you can put you and your spouses car as well as now I’m inside the spare bedroom on the first floor that has a large window that overlooks the neighborhood. Continuing down the hallway we have a third bedroom which has furniture in it, has a twin size bed with paintings. On the wall with a large closet, has plenty of space, has an airplane decoration, multiple airplane decorations with some books, a dresser to put your clothes. A Tom Sawyer book is, I walked back into the hallway onto the wood floors. I’m going to go upstairs to the second floor.

Where there’s two different sets of stairs and a large window in a rail so you don’t fall down. This version can be built in 10 different ways, one of which has six bedrooms, three of them being upstairs. As I walk into the game room, there are a billiards table with some pool sticks, a large entertainment center with some lamps, a poster with also three very large windows that show the backyard which has grass and a flag, and you can see across the neighbors where there are a fence and some horses and trees all in new broken arrow homes.

Continuing into the room, we will see that there is a bathroom that has a shower in a mirror and some lights, cultured marble, a toilet, some tile on the ground. Also some towels and candles inside the final room. There are a bed that looks to be like a queen with some pictures on the wall as well as an area nightstand, an area where you can get ready in the morning, a desk, write down in your diary more candles and mirrors some pillows. I’m looking out the window [inaudible] and I can see the other house, the stone Brook and it has um, air conditioning units by it. And I can see the air conditioning unit in the office. a fan is going. There are some plants and some more books upstairs with some more lamps that are on and a picture frame with other pictures in it. New broken arrow homes. The lights are all turned on. Walking back down the stairs. I can see how large the ceilings are close to 20 foot tall and 14 foot tall throughout the rest of the new broken arrow homes. I can also see a dining room table with some glass on it as well as some literature concerning the square footage of the Greenville and the Greenville to the Greenville too is 2,556 square feet in the Greenville one E is 2,987 I see a place where you could put a library. The back splash is the same color almost as the tile has Frigidaire appliances back in the kitchen with a nice um, cooktop that is gas. The washing machine or dishwasher is made of metal on the inside and out to make sure that it’s nice and quiet while you’re inside of your living room. Watching your TV in the great room, Broken Arrow Home Builders. The air conditioning unit is working fantastic. It’s very cool. Inside the house, the door is eight foot tall that has a header and a casing audit. It is made of full metal and it’s very heavy.
