Broken Arrow Home Builders | Helping Your Nest Become Yours?

Okay. Alrighty. So this is going to be the model home tour that we go on. So I thought I would just go over each of them with you of where we’re going to start to finish and each, you know, unique thing about each home that we’re going to go into today. Um, so obviously today we started up the nodding Hill, which is out here in spring Hill at forest Ridge. Um, you know that one, I mean it’s a beautiful home. It can only be built as a two story. It ha it can be built with um, uh, three bedrooms and one bathroom with a gamer upstairs or three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a game room upstairs. And the bottom layout will stay the same in both floor plans. Um, you know, one of the unique features is we had this snooze button design that I talked to about when we went through the home regarding when one of your significant others is still sleeping and you wake up, you know, you just go in the bathroom, you shut those doors behind you and we put an exit in that laundry room.

And so that way you never disturb them while they’re sleeping, which is pretty neat. It’s something that SHA has really thought about beyond on a function standpoint, um, such as something great for Broken Arrow Home Builders to have. And then I’m also, you know, we have the, um, features in here of our 52 inch cabinets that go from to the ceiling. And then we also have, um, our open face up top, which I like to call our peekaboo cabinets. And you can have those with the whole open face glass. You can have it with a, um, an X shape in there and also a plus sign. So those are just some options that you can do. Um, and another thing about this house, it has like the best Sightlines from front to back, which is really great. Um, and it has the really tall ceilings in the entryway, which is really nice.

Um, and then from there we’re going to actually go to our Prescott, which is an Ashbrook, um, that will be located right over there off of 91st and hundred and first over there. Um, kinda right by old highway 51. Um, some of the really unique things about that home, it has the most windows in a living area. Um, you know when you walk in it has a beautiful quad window with a header on it and it is just very eye appealing. It’s gorgeous. And then also has the most storage closets in this floor plan. Um, and it has like a kind of like a dining room but it’s still that open concept which is nice. Um, another thing is we do have a huge pantry inside here and one of the additions you can do in show homes is the auto light and when you open the door, which that’s a pretty cool feature to add.

Um, and then also has the light and it has the late night laundry is quiet. And what we mean by that, it’s actually at the very front of the house closest to the garage and it’s the furthest away from all the bedrooms and the master bedroom downstairs. From there we’re going to go to the Addison, which is in the Broken Arrow Home Builders at Highland Creek. And that is going to be over there, right? I’m going over old highway 51 right over there in between a hundred and first in a hundred and 11th street. And that’s going to be one of our neighborhoods that we are in. Like I think our first phase of building, I believe in, in that home. Um, it’s going to have the most efficient four or bedroom layout. Um, and what I mean by that, the room sizes aren’t great and how they are laid out in the floor plan as the two on this side with their own bathroom.

And then it has another um, uh, bedroom up front also along with the master and or another bedroom or study that you can use for so long. It’s a really great layout for the amount of square footage in this home. Um, and then other than that, like I already told you, has that split plan separation of bedrooms and it has a great plan for a nursery if you have a little baby, are going to be soon having little children and the has a room right off of the master, which is really nice. And the game room fits nine comfortably. So when you go upstairs here, it’s going to have a very large game room that you can do and you can do that. It’s just the game room and a bathroom or it can be a one story home. And the next time that we’re going to go to, or I guess neighborhood I should say cause there’s two homes there for Broken Arrow Home Builders, it’s actually called seven Oak South.

And we have two model homes there. And the first one I’m going to take you and is going to be the Greenville and that is our most open design concept as the highest ceilings. Um, in a one and a two story version. And what I mean by that, as soon as you walk in here, the ceilings are I believe 19 feet I think is what it is and that will be that way as a one story two story. So you never lose that show stopping effect. And it has a great layout with their Island towards the great room and also has one of our larger, um, covered patios, which is nice. Um, another thing is, is that also has, um, a unique optional master suite expansion where you can actually add two more rooms that are adore inside the master that only people can get to through the master.

Some people use them as a study or an exercise room or some people even use them as playrooms for their kids. So that way when they’re all beat can be in one room and their kids can be in there too. And then the next one we’re gonna look at it is going to be the Stonebrook. And the great thing about this house is it has a completely different design of their Island. It has a Turner Island with their oversized nook. It kind of creates more of like a dining space for you and your family. Considering this floor plan does not have a dining room and it has the biggest pantry. We called our prepper pantry. Literally my kids would make tents in there or if you want to survive the apocalypse, you have enough room. And then this one also has that unique snooze button design.

And these vanities in here, it’s a L shape. And that’s something that’s also unique that we don’t really have. Typically in our floor plans. Typically they’re back to back or side to side. Then after that we’re going to go over to our men row model and that is going to be located at our village, at Southern trails, Broken Arrow Home Builders, um, and in that home it’s going to be our men row and it has the largest great room and largest outdoor living space is ginormous. You have enough room for a party in here and a party out there. They are very big. Um, it also has a, a master corner tab within it. Um, I actually got in at one time and it can fit like three people. It’s very, very large and it does still have that snooze button design, which is nice.

And then what is kind of cool, it does have this little hidden bathroom. So as soon as you get in from the garage, you can just go straight to the bathroom. You don’t have to go through the rest of the house, which is kind of nice. From there, we’re going to go to Somerset and that’s going to start our big speed locations and that is going to be our Redford plan that we have out there. The one out there that we have built currently right now is a two story with a three bed and a game room up top. But you can build this home seven or eight different ways I believe. Um, so that’s pretty awesome. The next thing and that home which is really cool, it also has that turned Island design for a great backyard of view cause it has a quad window in the living room and a double window in the nook area.

It also has the most cabinets out of any of our floor plans and this is one of our floor plans that you can fit 50 to two cabinets in as well. Um, and then it does it, we call it the marriage saver master suite cause it has his and her vanities along with his and her closets. So that’s a pretty neat feature as well. Um, from there we’re going to go to the States at the river and that will still be Bigsby and not there. We have the men row one eye. And what that is is, is because a, is our most versatile plan that we have. Actually it can be built in 15 different versions from one story, two story from three, four, five bedrooms and it’s going to have a large great room as well. And a very large outdoor living space that’s comparable to the other mineral that we said that we sh that we saw today for our Broken Arrow Home Builders tour.

Um, and also it’s gonna have the largest master vanity space as well, which is pretty neat. Um, from there we’re going to go to the Monterey and that’s going to start our Jenks portion of our communities that we have. And out there we have a true second suite on main level, which is kind of nice. It has a bedroom with its own bathroom attached and a walk in closet, which is pretty cool. And then it also has the most private bedrooms of any plan. And we say that because of the bedrooms of the master are actually completely wrapped around behind the kitchen versus an entry from the great room to the master. So that’s a pretty neat design as well. And it has a very private upstairs bedrooms as well as on the master floor. And that room can, that house can also be built in four different versions, two upstairs in two downstairs.

Um, and then we’re gonna end our, um, our tour in Yorktown actually at our Ventana and that will be our last neighborhood in jinx that we currently build in. Um, and in that home, it actually don’t know if you know this, but Ventanas is Spanish for window. Um, so for tons of light, which is awesome. And it also has one of those pop and pantries. Um, one of the other great things, it has an nursery convenient from the master suite if that’s something you need or you can make it your own little office if you wanted to or your she shed if you’d like, like that commercial. Huh. Um, and then the next thing is that upstairs kids should fight less because the way that they have it is there’s a bedroom on each side of the game room with a bathroom. And then that way they are completely separate and on different walls.

You, they can’t hear each other nor see each other unless they really actually wanted to. Um, and that is going to be the last stop that we make on our tour. And we were gonna finish up in York town. Um, just so we can recap. We do have two neighborhoods that we are currently building in Jenks. Um, we have one that we are currently or two that we are currently building in Bixby. And then from there we have our, um, um, our broken arrow area that we have. And that would be the ability to, at Southern trails seven Oak, South Ashbrook, Highland Creek. And also that would be, um, spring Hill. And you know, this includes our Broken Arrow Home Builders tour that we will take when you go on the model home tour with Shaw homes.
