Broken Arrow Home Builders | Getting More For Your Money?

Hi everybody. Catherine here with another podcast about new homes and broken arrow. If you guys remember last time we talked about the exterior options that Shaw homes offers our customers when they build new homes in broken arrow with us. So today I thought we’d talk a little bit about what we offer on the interior as far as Broken Arrow Home Builders goes, we just updated this and have made a few changes for the better. We are going to be offering some new and improved features in our new homes and broken arrow. So let’s go ahead and get started looking at those and we will, uh, get through this list and hopefully give you guys some really great information about new homes and broken arrow. All right, so let’s start out. Like I said, we’re going to be going through the interior options available today.

So let’s start out in the laundry room. So all of our Broken Arrow Home Builders are going to come with a custom made solid stain grade Alder or paint grade, 30 inch upper cabinets and a rod and shelf for hanging laundry. You’re also going to get a lower cabinet with two centimeter granite countertop, your choice of shaker farmhouse or raised panel door styles. And those come with hidden hinges and crown molding. All of the cabinets are done per plan, um, just depending on, okay, so all cabinets are per plan and I believe what that means, a new homes and broken arrow is that all of your cabinets are gonna be the same. So whether you choose the raised panel or um, the farmhouse or the shaker style cabinets throughout the home, there’ll be the same. You’re also, it’s also going to come included with an in-wall washer box with hot and cold water supply and a drain line.

So everything to hook up your washing machine is already going to be okay. So continuing on, we, like I said, you are going to, in your new home in broken arrow, you’re going to get everything ready for your hot and cold water and your drain line for your dryer or I’m sorry for your washing machine. And then it’ll also come included with a 220 volt connection for your dryer. Um, we offer top notch mechanicals and our Broken Arrow Home Builders. So we use a Lennox 96% high efficiency gas furnace as well as a Lennox 16 seer, high efficiency cooling equipment, a programmable thermostat, a O Smith or equivalent 50 gallon high efficiency gas or electric water heater per plan. You’ll get 200 amps of electrical service and PEX freeze resistant plumbing lines. So these are all things that you are going to see included in a, that Shaw offers in new homes and broken arrow.

Continuing on, let’s talk about the custom gourmet kitchen that you’re going to find a new homes in broken arrow. So you’re gonna have, um, an extended height vault to nine foot ceilings. So just giving you a little bit of a higher ceiling as really gonna open up the plan more in your new home in broken arrow builtin stainless steel appliances with an oven, microwave cabinet that features cookie sheet dividers and a pot and pan drawer. So that’s really nice for storage. You’re also gonna get a Whirlpool 30 inch builtin oven with an oversized window light clock and timer, a Whirlpool dishwasher. With the silverware spray, a Whirlpool ventless built in microwave and a Whirlpool 30 inch gas cooktop with 5,000 BTUs. So all of these things in your new for new homes and broken arrow that Shah offers are going to make your kitchen a lot more efficient and beautiful.

Um, your gas line connections also included. And then you’ll also receive a custom hood vent above your cooktop and your choice of two styles, a two door or three paneled smooth HUD vent. Um, you’re also going to get a high capacity food disposal installed in your sink has well in your Broken Arrow Home Builders. And then you’re gonna have a task area, your task area lighting with eight recessed led lights in the kitchen and Knuck. So in that is going, that’s going to be your, um, can lighting or your recess lighting up in the ceiling of your kitchen, which looks really nice, especially in those higher ceilings, the nine foot ceilings. Okay. Also in your new homes and broken arrow, you are going to receive custom made solid grade or I’m sorry, solid stain grade Alder or paint grade cabinets with 36 inch uppers.

So that’s a really nice three foot cabinet, um, reaches up a little higher and is definitely just, um, something that helps the aesthetic of your kitchen and new homes and broken arrow. So with those you’ll have your choice of shaker farmhouse or raised panel door styles again, and those are gonna come with hidden hinges and crown molding and your choice of one paint or stain color throughout the home. So, uh, on like I said, you’ll choose your style of cabinets and those are going to be the style of cabinets that you get throughout the home. Um, and that’s just one of the really neat things that we offer three, four Broken Arrow Home Builders is that all of your, um, cabinets are your cabinets and doors are going to be the same. Um, however, they don’t necessarily have to be the same color, but they will be the same style.

So it really helps tie everything in together. Okay. Moving on in the kitchen, you’re also going to receive two centimeter granite countertops. With your choice of a flat pencil edge or half a bull nose. You’ll receive a full tile back splash a waterline to your ice maker. Um, are new homes in broken arrow. Do not come with a refrigerator, but your a waterline will be there, uh, for you to, um, be able to connect that whenever you move your refrigerator in. It’s gonna come with a stainless steel undermount double bowl sink. Um, we, you do have the option of doing a single bowl or a bowl that still has two, two spots, but it’s about a 61. One bowl is going to be about 60% of your sink, and the other one’s going to be about 40%. So you’d have one larger and one small.

And you can also, like I said, you have the option of the different front of the sink styles. However, uh, however, right now we’re just talking about what’s included and what’s included in our Broken Arrow Home Builders is going to be that stainless steel sink, which still looks very nice. And you’re going to have your choice of Delta faucets and those are an excellent brand. And with that you’ll have your choice of Venetian bronze, Arctic stainless or a Chrome finish. So, um, that’s, those are, those are some really nice, uh, features that we offer in new homes on broken arrow for our kitchens.

Okay, let’s go ahead and talk about um, energy efficiency really quick and then we’ll go over the rest of the interior. Um, included features on our next podcast. So as far as energy efficiency, all of our new homes in broken arrow in the heritage series are going to come with your leg led lighting package. Um, your duct and filtration is going to be 4% less, 4% or less leakage to the outside house infiltration is rated at six ACH 50. You have 100% energy star certified windows, rigid foam insulated slab perimeter blown fiberglass. Our 15 walls blown fiberglass are 38 addicts. All of your exterior doors, windows and penetrations are energy foam sealed and or cocked. And then we have them, um, hers rated by a certified rater. So all of our new homes and broken arrow are going to have a great hers writing. Um, and that’s just one of the things that we offer in new homes in broken arrow through the heritage series with Shaw homes. All right, I’ll see you next time.
