Broken Arrow Home Builders | Cannot Wait To Help Out?
Today is I walk around, I see a lot of wood floors and adore. I’m leaving the Greenville and Broken Arrow Home Builders walking outside through the patio, through the walkway where there’s some shrubs. The neighbors are out and about. The sun is shining and it’s not too hot today. There’s a lot of activity going on, making my way across the driveway in between the two houses headed to the stone Brook give you a tour of the Broken Arrow Home Builders.
Going to enter in through the front door and explain all the different things that are happening inside of the Stonebrook V as you walk in, there is a office where there is a bookshelf with some mirrors on the wall at tables and chairs, other assorted furniture as well as some picture frames or reader’s digest, some baskets, a security camera and some pool. Walking in to my left there is a powder bathroom with tile floor, a closet in the powder bath. There is a mirror and some bases, some counter tops, a head knocker, a toilet, a mirror, a towel rack, some lights. The tile floor is white with a dark grout. The color of the wall is gray and the stain on the wood is Brown. Walking back through the entryway with the wood floors, we’re into the great room or living room, wood floors as well in this room with a giant rug and auto, a couch, some lamps, a radio receiver, some pictures on the wall with two chairs and a side table with some books and candles on it. There’s fake plants.

with the mirror on top of it, some more candles and some boxes. There’s three very large windows in here in the windows. It is white cased with a white header on top of it. The front door has the same with white casing in a header. The fan in the ma and the great room is a windmill, which is very large, puts out a lot of air and a lot of people enjoy it. One of the walking into the kitchen, which is tile and gray. One of the unique features about this is that it has an elongated Island that faces the no rather than the living room. This gives a sense of separation between the living room and the kitchen that some people really enjoy. Very few of the four plans in new broken narrow homes offer this inside of the kitchen. There are plenty of cabinet space, some appliances, Frigidaire gallery, microwave, stove, top oven, dishwasher in a Whirlpool refrigerator.
There’s a sink with a nice faucet. There’s also 52 inch cabinets that go to the plate line with glass cabinet doors inside of the very large pantry. It is tile with multiple shelves and all sorts of assorted snacks including pecan spin wheels, Welch’s fruit snacks, club crackers, specialK bars, more fruit snacks, fruit snacks, strawberry fruit snacks, Oreos, pastry crisps, raspberry fruit snacks, pop tarts, peanut butter cups, dosey, Doe’s fruit snacks, multi-grain, soft baked strawberry, assorted jars with Coco and marshmallow and assortment of ramen noodles, beef and chicken, some Triscuits, some Nutrigrain bars, assorted water bottles, some Folgers roasted Caffey. There is a backsplash tile that is white. I’m going to walk around to see if anyone is pulled up in the Broken Arrow Home Builders and it looks like there is no one here heading back into the kitchen area to go inside of the kitchen nook, there are three windows with the casing and a header on it.
Security camera motion sensors. There is a door that goes out to the patio that has two posts and guttering with two lights. There’s a kitchen table in the nook as well as a China cabinet with other assorted decorations. There are blinds over the windows. Mason jars on the table as I’m walking through into a hallway into the bedroom. The master bedroom is carpeted. It has three windows. It does not have a header and casing has blinds. There is a large window in the room with a pillow below it like where a dog would rest inside the bedroom. There are areas to put your clothes and a queen size bed that is really high, a small little rug and a chair with lamps and two paintings on the wall. So more fig plants in this room, there’s a ceiling fan that has a modern look, some recessed lighting in the master bedroom as well as semi vaulted ceilings.
The doors in this or eight foot or maybe seven I’m sure walking through into the master bathroom. There’s a large window with a tub, very large shower with transparent glass and tile with a very large window there is to vanity. There’s a L-shaped vanity sink with two seeks to different sets of windows. Very large framed. He six inch glass with a casing and header over the frame glass with towel holders. The tile on the floor in here is gray and the tile is assorted on the floor of the shower. There is a vase in there with some fake plants. There’s some towels, there’s glass jars, some other assorted items. Inside of the bathroom there is a toilet. The toilet room has a head knocker with two paintings with some toilet paper and a toilet paper holder there. There’s a lot of natural light in here.
There’s also a so dispenser. As I walked into the master closet. There was a window in here with plenty of space for all of your clothes. It is not a seasonal closet, but it has lots of room including an area for shoes. The security boxes look also inside of here. We walk into the laundry room where there is a washer and a dryer with some granite counter tops as well as some gray flooring. I’m going to go check the front of the home to make sure that no one knows has arrived to this Broken Arrow Home Builders. It doesn’t appear that anyone is here, so I’ll head back into the laundry room to see what else there is inside there. There is a sign that says laundry today or naked tomorrow. There is some sand, some washing detergent, some dryer sheets. There’s some bounce in the head.
Knocker there’s an area to hang your wet clothes as well as plenty of countertop space with the light switch and an electrical outlet through there is the mud room or there are four cubby holes, four hangars. It is white with the Brown pillow. It also has a door. On the other side of it that shows the access to the garage, which is where the office is in the Broken Arrow Home Builders home back inside trying to get things back on track. New broken arrow homes had a phone call and had to step away for a moment but this is almost to a conclusion. I had to come back over into the Greenville to grab my water bottle and I’m walking around looking at some more of the stuff. Then we’ll finish it inside the Greenville there is a light that’s flickering, unsure how I’m going to change that since the ceiling is over 20 feet tall.
Looking at the front door, it’s made of steel with a sign that says Shaw homes open house Monday through Sunday with the exceptions of by appointment only on Wednesday and Thursday I, Jeremy Blair and the community manager and I am in charge of seven Oak South for Broken Arrow Home Builders outside. I’m looking at a flagpole with the American flag as well as the Marine Corps flag. The wind is blowing out of the South and I can see the Shaw homes feather flag flying. It is orange and white. My car is there. There’s a large field where the next phase of the Manchester premier series homes will be going in at seven Oaks South. Thank you.
